Specify the output storage location and regularly export with the Request function of DocuWare Cloud.
DocuWare Cloud only works at manual exports by clicking download button.
It seems that you can specify and schedule storage with on premise, but it is not allowed with DocuWare Cloud.

Allow Wildcards for Filtering in Monitor Tasks
This is a new client request, and I like it too. Would be quite useful to be able to use wildcards for the filters in Monitor Tasks columns. It's common for me to have some content in the middle of a string and it would be really nice to be able to filter for these.

Auto-Check expiration dates for certificates
E-signature via official certificates is absolutely required in most countries electronic document management law. If we want to get rid of all that paper, we need to e-sign all of our invoices. It is a problem Docuware do not give you a heads up when certificates are expired, It should notice you and stop all that e-sign required processes until new certificate is set.

Use regular expressions in Document Processing conditions
When setting up a template for Document Processing it would be good to have more control over indexing and identification of documents. Using regular expressions would be great for indexing fields where you will not always know what text you want to replace, you could find a pattern and then replace that. It also goes for the identification of a document. When you are looking for something on the document to identify what kind of document you could search for a regex pattern to identify the document for processing.

Allow multiple answers in a field
Allow multiple form fields to populate the cabinet fields based on the answers provide.
IE
Product List 1 - Empty
Product List 2 - Empty
Product List 3 - Product 1Allow them all to be linked to a PRODUCT field but allow some form of arithmetic expression (IF Statements) to populate it.
Iif(Product 1="Product 1",Product 1,Product 2)
Something along those lines. Its frustrating having to create fields to import data back and forth.

Change Date Field in forms so that when a user types a dash it doesn't jump to the year
When a user enters a date into a Date field, the dashes auto fill and tab to the next component of the date. If the user types the dash, it has the effect of jumping ahead twice.
Additionally, if I'm entering my birthdate in most forms, I can use the calendar drop down to find the right month and date for the current year, then just go highlight the year and type over with my birth year. In DocuWare Forms, I highlight the year and when I start typing it jumps to the beginning (month component). Very weird behavior.3 votes -
Import users to DW cloud from CSV
HI, sometimes we get cloud cases with many users Without the possibility to import users from AD.
It is tiresome to create 100 users+ from scratch.
It should really be possible to do a batch import of users with name and email from CSV.18 votes -
Option to replace a stored PDF
stored a PDF in DocuWare.
Customer send a new version. Can we get a replace option. Right mouse click: load new version...
Or drag n drop on a stored document.

Zoom while storing documents
While storing a document when using document processing, or intelligent indexing, have the viewer zoom into the area where the data is being extracted for an easier visual validation of the data on the page compared to what has been extracted. This would be particularly useful when validating long strings of numbers such as automobile VIN numbers.

Allow the creation automatic creation of documents with forms using a list.
I have a form that needs to be completed by multiple users. The form needs to be completed for each of our kids (There are about 900 of them) I would like to be able to create all of the blank forms for the kids automatically and then have the users complete their individual part in a workflow. The probably that I have is creating all of the forms in mass. I tried to manipulate the form with a powershell script but I couldn't get the field names. I might have a workaround using sendkeys but a way to just…

Group related storage dialogs
When you click on "store" the user is provided a list of dialogs they have access to. I would like to suggest the ability to group dialogs. For example, maybe there are 5 dialogs for Customer Documents and 8 for Vendor Documents. When you click on "store" you would at the top of the list see "category" Customer, Vendor. When hover over Customer or Vendor, another level opens with just dialogs relevant to the particular category.

DW cloud - Autoindex - Open SQL Query Testing Area
I would really appreciate a little area in the cloud systems where you could test Autoindex queries to see what the returns look like without having to build it all into an actual autoindex routine for testing.
Just a simple place where you could bang out a query and see the result set that you get back. Right now I have to mock up things in a local SQL instance to test, and it would really be nice to be able to query against the cloud tables themselves.

Deny users to create a "Personal Stamp".
Currently, Any user can create a personal stamp and update the document(s) metadata without any validation.
From the Configuration page, "Configure Stamp" permission under functional profile doesn't affect "Personal Stamps", and the user will still have the permissions to create stamps and use it.
In the case we have a workflow process with one task contain two decisions (Approved, Rejected), the decision will affect "status" filed to be updated as (approved, rejected).

Task sort default to multiple columns
Add secondary and third columns for sorting in a workflow Task. I know you can shift click multiple columns but having it default to the multiple column sort would save time.

DocuWare Clipping - Add ability to delete/remove files from the file cabinet
Currently there isnt a way to delete one of the clipped documents from the file cabinet unless version management is turned on, and even then you must keep the first file.

Search for search dialogs..
I have 160 file cabinets and most of them have multiple dialogs. It would be really helpful to group the dialogs by cabinet or to be able search for dialogs when you click on "Searches"

Make Table fields open to work with Auto Index
We have a customer who would like to import their table data from their Database into the new table field. We let them know that this is still not possible.

Add a Store from desktop/folder integration like the Store from Outlook
Please add the ability to right click a document on the desktop or in a folder and store it in DocuWare just like the Outlook integration where I can right click on an email, select the store dialog I want to use, and send the item directly to DocuWare with the proper indexing without having to drag it to the tray first. Just like Outlook, I'd like to be able to select if the item will be copied or moved when setting up the store dialog.
