Add location services to populate Forms in the field
Adding the ability to capture cell phone location on a Form so for use cases where you have remote users filling out forms they can 1) Not have to enter address 2) Be used as "proof" they were at the site.

Add Refersh Button to new Forms section in DW 7.3
New Forms section on DW 7.3 is missing Refresh button in bottom left corner like we can find in Document Trays, Search, List and Tasks section. The only way to display newly assigned Forms is to refresh whole browser. Could you please add it?

Make workflow dialog field behaviors like form behaviors
In docuware forms you can set up field behaviors based on other fields and such for example you could have a checkbox for a married status that reveals or hides a field for maiden name. I would like to do that with workflow dialogs. For example If I have a document that was created with a form and has keywords indexed I would like to hide items in the workflow dialog that don't apply to that document. In my case I have a form to request therapy evaluations. There are 7 check boxes on the form and there is no…

intelligent index work with keyword field
It would be nice to have Intelligent Indexing work with Keyword fields the same way it works with Table fields.
Example: I have packing slips with multiple PO numbers that needs to be populated in a Keyword field. I am using a keyword field instead of a table so i can link by that field in Document Relations.

Additional User Flexibility with the 'Edit' Function
Instead of 'Edit' button, replace with (or add) 'Edit With...' to allow user to choose which application to use for that particular file/document.
For example, a PDF file. My default is Acrobat Reader free version but I also have a Pro version of Power PDF aka eCopy (Nuance/Kofax). The DW Viewer works great. "Edit" opens it in Acrobat (default). "Edit With..." could open it in eCopy to apply a signature stamp, watermark or do some document assembly (insert pages, delete pages, etc) then close to save changes in DocuWare instead of having to bring it back into a Tray or…

Filter and view unique documents
when supervising a flow, you see the document X times depending on how many people have the task assigned.... this clutters and fills the view, and gives silly numbers of pending tasks. (in our case most tasks are available to 10-15 peopler, therefore multiplying the list by that number...)
The ability to filter/show "different" task would be ideal.
Also the number of pending tasks should always refer to unique tasks.

Display multiple documents in workflow
It would be very powerful if you can display multiple documents in a workflow, basically the concept of a binder. Currently related documents is the only way to do that which requires toggling back and forth between screens. It is often necessary for an end user to see multiple document types to make a decision in a workflow task (It could even be documents in a different filing cabinet.) Additionally documents may be added to a filing cabinet downstream as part of a business process that need to be viewable in a workflow task.

add "copy to..." to all result lists
The function in the context menu "copy to another document tray" is only available for the embedded search result list in the main docuware windows. As soon as I share this result list or open it in a different window i don't see the "copy to ...." function anymore. It's user and browser independent.

Add overwrite feature to Intelligent Indexing.
If a user has to manually correct a field that Intelligent Indexing got wrong, Intelligent Indexing than starts entering the manually typed value on many subsequent documents.
We need the ability to have an override feature like in a tax software program.
Currently users have to go ahead and store the document with erroneous index values, then remember to go back and fix them later.

Right-Click "Open Document in File Cabinet" for Workflow Tasks
It would be very helpful for Administrators to be able to right-click on a Workflow task and open the document in the File Cabinet. This would make troubleshooting a multi-workflow configuration much simpler and more user-friendly.

Make the hover "Table" preview in the result list bigger / have a configurable size.
When hovering over a table field in a result list (Where it says something like "4 entries" and it shows a preview of the table field, we would like to be able to see more of the table and/or adjust the size of the columns. See attached screenshot.

Autofill form fields from last submitted form
If there was a way to autofill form fields based on the last submitted form, that would allow multiple similar forms to be submitted in a much smaller time frame.

Intelligent Indexing and Colour Blindnees
I have a client that has red-green colour blindness which affects 8% of the male population. This makes Intelligent Indexing difficult as he can not tell which documents have been successfully indexed.
I propose a graphical representation of the indexing status such as a letter to represent the status i.e. G, Y or R. This will also have a benefit as you be able to sort the documents by indexing status.5 votes -
Improve Testing and Add Unit Tests to Workflow
Allow us to create saved unit tests for the workflow system.
That way we can press a button to see if any modifications broke anything in the system.Also date manipulation is broken in the testing environment. Using VBA expressions to change a date, defaults the date to the year 0001 in testing but works fine in actual workflows.
