  1. Please add a permission for changing user e-mailaddress

    A user can edit his e-mail address via the user menu: profile & settings.

    It's company policy that a personal e-mail address is forbidden. There is no permission to prevent users to change their own e-mailadress?

  2. Dialog displayed when clicking Edit Text Annotation in the Tools Menu should be able to be displayed as read only

    In the Tools menu there is a push pin button that has the title Edit Text Annotation. When this button is clicked on a dialog box is displayed allowing the user to enter text. We would like people to be able to display this dialog but have the text read only.

  3. Add translations to workflow actions/buttons to support multinational companies

    I have an existing customer who is looking to expand their usage of the system to include users in different countries.
    As such they would like the workflow actions to reflect their language.
    At the moment the only way I can see to do this is to include the translations of each language on the button but this doesn't work because there are too many characters.
    What would be good is if the locale of the user was used to select the translation of the label so that it would support a greater number of users in a multinational company.

  4. allow html email notifications

    The email notifications generated from workflows allow for quite a bit of customization with verbage and data fields, but they're plaintext. Nowadays people are accustomed to getting quite attractive email notifications from their various services so it would be great if you could add the ability to use html formatting and images in the emails - it would add to the professional look and feel of DocuWare.

  6. Switch sides of WebClient

    I have a customer who likes to view the documents on the left side of the screen and have the workspace on the right.
    Please introduce a setting to switch sides of the workspace and the document viewer pane in the webclient, just like the already existing option to always open the viewer in a new window.

  7. Validation Before Store and return corrected data in awnser

    The validation option should also be anble to be done before storage. In this way customers can correct index data to their specs. Or add index data to sthe store option.

    PLEASE ADD THE AUTOINDEX JOB HISTORY TO THE DOCUMENT HISTORY INFORMATION. ATTACHED THE SIMPLE IDEA.

    THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOW IF/WHAT/WHEN AUTOINDEX HAS RAN, AND WHAT IT HAS DONE.

  10. Intelligent Indexing Stand Alone Service

    Create a stand alone module for intelligent indexing, allowing for documents in a folder to be ingested, read/processed/indexed as usual, and drop the image + csv resulting from the process into an output folder. Charge by volume of documents processed.

  11. Add page count as a condition variable in Workflow Designer

    We would like to be able to have documents of certain page counts flow to different trays via the workflow. Currently, you can not select page count in a condition box as a system variable or user defined variable.

  12. Create a data record from a form

    I use forms as a down and dirty data collection tool. I don't necessarily need to keep the form I just want the data. I also have a case where I have a merge form and one of the merge forms is a blank page that I use for the data record. The problem with this is that I can't just double click on the data record in search results to edit it I have to edit indexes.   13. Storing larger files in Docuware

    Introduce a feature to delay the upload of the document in the Windows Explorer Client until Word has finished processing the document. We have had instances of users saving '0kb' files - which has caused significant issues in terms of confidence in the solution and re-work

  14. Outlook Email Modern Component

    Please buid a Outlook Email component for Office365, so it works accross all devices. Outlook for windows, mac, ios, android web!

    Also, most IMPORTANT: ability to choose the attachments to store and in what order.

  15. Select Lists - Wildcard Sorting

    There is a hit for this in the workflow context, but would be great to be able to use wildcards for select lists universally. The type ahead functionality is great, but being able to use a wildcard here would really help where the type ahead string might get pretty long before you start to get to the part of the string that starts to differ.

  17. Add Employee Number in Name Search

    Is there any way to add the employee number next to the name drop down when searching an employee? If I search Bob Smith, it will pull the files for all Bob Smiths in our system, but if you have the employee number next to the name it will be easier to populate just that one Bob Smith when searching.

  20. Add GPS data from phone location for eForms

    I have had several projects request the ability to collect a user's location data from their phone automatically while filling out an eForm. This one missing requirement forces me to look at different mobile capture front ends for projects and feeding that into DocuWare. Would prefer to have this info collected via the DocuWare form instead.
