Create an annotation function allowing a drawn shape (rectrangle for example) to hold text which could be used for searching related docs.
Use Case: A cemetery needs to store cemetery and grave records. They are doing this with paper cards with subsets of cemetery lots. I would like the ability to scan a map as a document, and be able to draw individual grave locations on the map, similar to what they're doing on paper. I would like to be able to click on that annotation and store additional information, text at the very least, perhaps some index values from a store dialog. Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form
Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form. Example. I have a vendor application, and they attach multiple documents, have each attachment stored as it's own document with the data from the Form as index values.

Change data export preview to limit number of rows displayed
Please limit the number of rows displayed when previewing an export data configuration. It often times out forcing you to run the report to see the actual output, which can be time consuming on larger data sets.

Allow to get/copy Task URL Link from Web Client manually
Currently we only get Task URL from workflow activity.

Automatic indexing of invoices in XML format.
Either with Intelligent indexing (Intelligent indexing should be able to read the document properties to assign them to each field or table.) or in a workflow that can read the document properties and assign each property to a field. For example, you can create a loop to index all the lines of the invoice and at the end of the workflow the client has his invoice with all the fields indexed without having to do anything.3 votes -

Add the ability to display in a dashboard, not just lists where each document is in a workflow, including wait steps when applicable.

Hi, is it possible to integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer's to our CRM system so in just one click, we can see the status of our customer's system and their utilization rate.

unmatched OCR autoidentification
Can you create a notification when OCR auto identification fails, for "no matching configuration for certain documents" would there be a way to notify end users?
Is there a way to send it to another tray?

Notification
We have the possibility to put a notification for
:
- the new documents
- modified index fieldsBut not for all the documents which would correspond to a filter at a time T.
That's a shame.
For example I cannot create a notification for all unsigned invoices which will return the same list every day as long as they are not signed...
It would be so easy with this option!!!
In order to have this possibility, we had to create a special cabinet, a Workflow and 2 Autoindexes... it's complicated for nothing.

Save form changes without publishing the form.
We should be able to save any changes made to a form without publishing it. This should work exactly like DocuWare workflows.

SNS OCCAR NO.
It would be really helpful for the whole community to be able to track in real time the value of the SNS OCCAR number pretended for their division, and to add an alert that informs the user after a week, for example, of any missing SNS OCCAR number.

Ability to create data records only (no document) from docuware Forms
When docuware forms are used, there is no possibility of archiving only a document (for example inserting it as an attachment), but a summary document is always created with the inserted data.

This will avoid the error of storage of an invoice in a list of suppliers for example whan the user wants to create a new supplier

Global Workflow-Variables in JSON-Path Queries for Workflow Designer
Make it possible to use workflow-variables in JsonPath to be able to filter Json-Results from webservices dynamically (like in arithmetic statements). At the moment you can only use index-values.

Number the lines in Workflow Designer.
Please number the data assignments etc by number of lines. When the validation checks if there are any errors it just states line number 103 for instance then I have to count all the way down to that before I find the line. It would be much quicker if numbered.
