Control (Assign user etc.) user licenses (User License, WF License) remotely with API on DocuWare Cloud
The customer has many users and has a mixture of user licenses and WF licenses. It takes a lot of time to control this by mouse operation with Web Configuration.

Currently, the annotations don't work individually, when you add something is automatically merged with the document. I request this feature.

Encrypted URL: Return URL should not be allowed to be changed.
When using URL's for integration purposes, it should never be allowed that the user can change values in the return URL and get an answer from DocuWare. (When Username/Password or Token is inside the encrypted URL, this is already working! However, when the users log in with DocuWare credentials or uses SSO the return URL can be changed! In my opinion this is a possible data leak.

Make an addition with one click indexing
When you are filling up a table with amounts using the One Click Indexing, for example.
Would'nt be great to be able to do additions ?
For example I have an invoice with 10 rows and I want to use the 3 first rows to create an unique row in my table field. When using the one click indexing with the ctrl+click, i'm able to concatenate each of my click in one unique field.
When this field would be a floating type, it would be great if the same ctrl+click was additing up each floats instead of concatenate them, so…3 votes -

Extra file cabinet colours
Add a few extra cabinet colors over the standard Red, Green, Blue & Yellow.
Maybe Pink, Brown, and Purple, or at least a couple extra. When you have a cabinet by department you quickly start to double up.

Ability to add custom font to Docuware cloud
Ability to add custom font to Docuware cloud. We have a lot of Word files stored in Docuware Cloud. Word has out custom company font, which is not recognized in docuware cloud. You can't read from cloud.

Within Specify Text, be able to Split AND Retain the Charactor
Within Document Processing, where text may be captured, there is a control called SPECIFY TEXT, which includes "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTER(S)". We need to keep those known charactors. Can you add "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTERS AND RETAIN THEM". For example we need to split the following at the T and keep the T too. <VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH> will result in "T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>"

Add nested option to rules for data export.
Would like to have the option for nested rules when exporting data. ie "and" conditions combined with "or" conditions.

Use a filecabinet table as datasource for filling a table field
In DW 7.8 we are able to use a LDS source to fill a table field. Please make this also possible from other sources, such as a FileCabinet.

Create an annotation function allowing a drawn shape (rectrangle for example) to hold text which could be used for searching related docs.
Use Case: A cemetery needs to store cemetery and grave records. They are doing this with paper cards with subsets of cemetery lots. I would like the ability to scan a map as a document, and be able to draw individual grave locations on the map, similar to what they're doing on paper. I would like to be able to click on that annotation and store additional information, text at the very least, perhaps some index values from a store dialog. This would allow me to click on a areas of the map and see the related documents stored in…

Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form
Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form. Example. I have a vendor application, and they attach multiple documents, have each attachment stored as it's own document with the data from the Form as index values.

Change data export preview to limit number of rows displayed
Please limit the number of rows displayed when previewing an export data configuration. It often times out forcing you to run the report to see the actual output, which can be time consuming on larger data sets.

Allow to get/copy Task URL Link from Web Client manually
Currently we only get Task URL from workflow activity.

Automatic Indexing of invoices in XML format
Automatic indexing of invoices in XML format.
Either with Intelligent indexing (Intelligent indexing should be able to read the document properties to assign them to each field or table.) or in a workflow that can read the document properties and assign each property to a field. For example, you can create a loop to index all the lines of the invoice and at the end of the workflow the client has his invoice with all the fields indexed without having to do anything.3 votes
