Show in History Details which System Function changed Index Values
As an admin, I would like the history to show which system function, e.g. Auto Index or which workflow, made the change to the index. The system functions usually run with the admin, so it is very time-consuming to trace which function changed the index. This is especially the case with many auto index jobs or workflows that change index values.

Add PATCH option to DW buit in REST client
The DW built in REST client supports a http GET, POST, PUT and DELETE. Please add PATCH also.

deleted files
We need to be able to control access rights to the Deleted Files section. We can restrict delete rights from a file cabinet, but not in a Document Tray. If a disgruntled user decides to delete files from their tray and also from Deleted Items, there is no way to retrieve them or even get an audit report to see what they deleted.

Allow task assignment to all users from group
Right now there is only the option to choose specific users from group. An extra option for assigning to all users of a group would be nice.
I'm currently settung up an invoice approval process for a corporate group of multiple countries. So I have roles for each country to hand out search and display permissions.
To allow workflows to assign tasks to approvers and accounting, I have to create roles for each instance e.g. country A needs approver A and accounting A, country B needs approver B and accounting B.Except for their use as targets in workflows they…

Allow to change printer display name from "DocuWare Printer PS" on Printer List.
Background :
The customer's PC uses DocuWare Printer PS, but they also have a printer with a similar display name, such as "DocuWorks Printer".
They want to specifically rename DocuWare Printer PS to avoid confusion.At the moment, According to DocuWare R&D team, and they have confirmed that changing the name of Printer PS is not supported.

Associate different SMTP configurations to specific Workflows
Currently you can create multiple SMTP configurations to be used as the sender for workflow email notifications. Is a big mistake to not be able to associate this to different Workflows.
A good option could be selecting the SMTP configured account via a dropdown select box.17 votes -
Add selectlist sorting
Add selectlist sorting (in store/edit dialogs} so we are able to sort items in a select list from A-Z or Z-A or from old to new.

Filter select list in form tables
Apply filter to select list when using tables in forms as per use of normal other select lists filters in forms and workflows.

Ability to Prevent the Deletion of Table Rows
The ability to prevent the deletion of table rows. For example, in a task with a pre-filled table, I don't want the user to whom the task is assigned to be able to delete any of the pre-filled rows. Or, if a user 'edits index entries' but the table is 'Read Only' the user can not edit the rows in the table but they can still delete them.

Create a search function in license overview. In a system with much users Its nearly unpossible to find a user in the Full or workflow users list

The ability to index from a table on a form
Indexing from item fields in a table used on a form to be able to use the fields in a Workflow.
We have Purchase Order forms with the new table field type but want to be able to build a workflow based on the items captured in the table. Specifically the Total Sum Amount from one of the table fields. Depending on the Total Amount different workflow decisions need to be made.

Global Workflow JSON object variable type
Make it possible to create a JSON object in the workflow, which can be modified (add, modify, delete node) by JSONPath. This can be used to build a JSON string for a webservice request, or be used after a webservice request to copy the response in such a JSON object.

workflow versionning
As an integrator, I waste time managing the different version of DocuWare with Workflow. I would like it to be possible to have a workflow and for it to automatically adapt to the version of the client's desktop apps. Normally with application of this type, a version 1.1 must be able to manage a version 1.0, on DocuWare this basic standard is not on and this wastes a lot of time...

FedRamp - Second Submission, Due to Timeout Issue
FedRamp is a significant requirement for many Fed and now many State customers in the US. DocuWare will need this to compete in the cloud with these markets, which are very large.

Prevent Forms from Crashing- "This Configuration Locked..."
It is frustrating when creating a complex form if you forget to save every couple of entries, then are unable to save your progress.

Forms: collums with calculation
With 7.9 tables were integrated into Forms. Unfortunately, calculations are not possible within the table.
E.g. an order is sent:
2 chairs cost €12.99 and the customer has to enter €25.98 as the total cost in the last column and this is not entered automatically.This would significantly help with orders/billing and many other things

full text search in older versions
In full text search add the option to search in older versions of a document. Business Case: release notes are monthly edited and changed. Customer wants to search full text in older release notes . Without creating copies of the notes.which is against versioning proposition of DW

Select other Date field below viewer: now: last edit date
In the viewer you see the last edit date below the previes. Next to the document name. Can we select other date indexfield? For example an expiration date.

Hidden some global variables in document workflow history
When working with a web service, sometimes it is necessary to obtain the credentials, user and authentication from another filecabinet with master data. If we are going to store these credentials in global variables, this appears in the document workflow history and, in some cases, should not be visible to all users, it must be hidden.
We propose that global variables can be managed so that they are displayed or not displayed in the document history.
