Autoindex LDC queries inefficient
The LDC queries currently use ALL fields in the WHERE clause as opposed to a Primary Key. This has the potential to cause overflow errors when using an external source.
The match code field could be used as a primary key or you could certainly provide us the ability to designate a primary key.

Add the ability (as an admin) to assume the identity of any user to test permissions & functionality without having to sign in as that user.
While configuring new features, or troubleshooting existing ones, it would be helpful to assume the identity of a user to test and debug different features, such as routes through a workflow, etc. For obvious security and auditing purposes, rather than tasks being logged as that user, it could read something like "Admin as UserName" in the logs.

Search in Database Fields
I would like to see the Search available in database fields as well, like in the other menus. This would make it easier to search for a field, especially if there are many database fields.

Ability to design texts shown in a WFM stamp
In some cases, if you show the texts of a keyword, the text grow width. It causes the stamp is few pleasant visibly. The config should be such the old stamps where you can enter a return of line for each element.

Implement logging for webhooks.

In Merge Form Designer include "Wrap Text" and "Vertical Alignment" to text fields
There is no option to wrap text or align text vertically in Merge Form Designer, it would be very useful to include this feature.

Allow the ability to change the column display name in the WebClient Folder function. (linked with result list)
It is not possible to change the column name of the folder once created. To change it, you need to create a new folder profile again.
By linking the folder function and the result list, you can change the column name.

To be able to move files to cold storage after a duration
It would be interesting to have a second level of storage for long term storage and documents wich will mainly never be accessed anymore but need to be stored for 10 years for example.
The file would be automatically transfered to this cold storage by setting a rule to move then after a duration.
I have been inspired by the object storage offer of Scaleway, it would be interesting that Docoware offer a similar approach to their offers Object Storage (Standard) → Cold Storage (Glacier)1 vote -
user permission report
Report that shows username with the DocuWare groups, roles and file cabinet permissions they are associated with.
Options to output PDF and CSV formats.

Show resolution of document in system index data
It would be helpful if the system indexes showed the DPI and pixels of a stored document as part of the document system indexes.

Assign to store user without having to create GV
Right now everytime I want to assign a task to store user, I have to create a "user variable" and assign an index entry "Store user" and only then I can assign the task to this variable. It would be great if we just have another option / radio button in "Assign to" module that would specify "Store user".

Terminate a task with a stamp
The ability to terminate a task with a stamp. For example, in a company's AP workflow, maybe an invoice gets posted in their accounting software before it finishes the AP workflow and approval process in DocuWare. Permitted users would then be able to stamp that invoice in their task queue as something like "Posted" and it automatically takes the invoice out of the workflow and terminates the task.

"does not contain" filter for keyword type fields in index value profiles
When creating a index value profile, you should be able to rule out documents with certain entries in a keyword database field without using SQL Statements

Create a link on the login redirection page to take you back to the login prompt
When a users gets signed out its common for them to want to use the browsers back arrow to get back in. This causes a funny thing with the session cookie that causes the users to get hung on the "redirecting to application page". It would be great if we had a link on that page that a stuck user could use to reload the application properly.

Document Tray custom columns (with Intelligent indexing)
When intelligent indexing enabled for particular Document Tray, please let us select custom columns so we can use Filter / Sort.
If the intelligent indexing knows the value, it should appear in the custom column.
Example: invoice processing - intelligent indexing automatically indexes "Supplier name". I want to be able to see "Supplier name" column in Document Tray and be able to use filter / sort in this column.4 votes
