    When creating a index value profile, you should be able to rule out documents with certain entries in a keyword database field without using SQL Statements

  2. Create a link on the login redirection page to take you back to the login prompt

    When a users gets signed out its common for them to want to use the browsers back arrow to get back in. This causes a funny thing with the session cookie that causes the users to get hung on the "redirecting to application page". It would be great if we had a link on that page that a stuck user could use to reload the application properly.

  4. Document Tray custom columns (with Intelligent indexing)

    When intelligent indexing enabled for particular Document Tray, please let us select custom columns so we can use Filter / Sort.

    If the intelligent indexing knows the value, it should appear in the custom column.
    Example: invoice processing - intelligent indexing automatically indexes "Supplier name". I want to be able to see "Supplier name" column in Document Tray and be able to use filter / sort in this column.

  5. Function profile - FTP permissions

    Please give us the possibility to adjust permissions for FTP module. Right now only "Organization administrator" can access the FTP module but I need particular users to be able to create FTP connections themselves.

  6. stamp multiple pages at one shot

    I would like to use a DW stamp as Flash signatures on contract documents and not sure if DW supports it. It will be like:

    The contract has 10 pages, and I will use DW image stamp (my signature image) to chop on the first page, then the stamp will be applied to all the rest pages of the contract with one shot only.

    I think we should develop this feature because it's useful. Thank you.

  7. Simplify the link when SSO is activated

    When SSO is not acitvated, the link to access our environment is "easy" (i.e. https://xxxxx.docuware.cloud )

    When SSO is activated, the link to access the environment directly becomes a bit complex :

    ( i.e https://xxxx.docuware.cloud/DocuWare/Platform/WebClient/SSO?orgId=xxxx )

    It would be nice to have an alternate web address not requiring the orgid, exactly as when SSO is not active.

    If we use the easy link https://xxxxx.docuware.cloud we get the following signon screen that we would like not to be shown to users ( see image attached

  8. PDFs display blurry in document viewer if Windows scaling is at 150%

    In DocuWare Cloud, PDFs display blurry in document viewer if Windows scaling is at 150%. If changed to 100%, they are clear. If we use the integrated PDF viewer in Chrome or Edge, the PDFs are clear and not blurry. This issue is only on the DocuWare Cloud Document Viewer.

    Created SR around the issue and was advised to submit as an idea.

  10. Email Capture - General Email, Exchange Online

    Could the Exchange Online method of capturing email attachments include the ability to mark those emails as Read when moving them to the processed folder?

    When email attachments are automatically captured using General Email, Exchange Online, the emails moved into the processed folder are not being marked as "Read".

    Previously, when General Email used IMAP, the emails that were moved into the processed folder were marked as "Read".

    As a result the folder containing the captures/processed emails is continuously showing a growing number of unread emails which is a frustration as they need to be manually marked as Read each…

  11. Start workflow if Regex match

    This could work with the field condition "Contains", so for example we could start the workflow if FIELD contains <Regex>. This would be great for filtering and it would improve workflow stability because only documents matching the regex definiton would initiate the workflow.

    Without this I must start the workflow for every document and then handle the condition logic inside the workflow.

  12. Filters in the task list should not be saved (or saved adjustably)

    The filters in a task list are retained even after logging out, which can sometimes be useful, but often confuses users because not all tasks are displayed directly.
    Therefore, the filter setting should not be saved permanently (like the filters in the search result list), or it should be adjustable per user, or selectable by a checkbox (e.g. next to the "Reset filter" button).

  14. Allow the ability to set column size on Table fields

    Many times you have columns that always have a set number of characters, but he column is always wider and needs to be resized by each user. Many of my clients would prefer the column size be set to the size needed when the data is a set number of characters.

    The column order of table fields are adjustable in the store dialog, workflow tasks and the index dialog, but I can not re-order them in the Result dialog or the List Result dialog.

  16. Add a Multi-Decision workflow component

    Presently we have a decision component, basically an If-Then-Else scenario. In order to check for multiple conditions, I end up with two or more cascading decision components until a condition is met, or the workflow falls through to some other state.

    It would be very helpful to have a single decision component that would allow for multiple possible decisions and associated outcomes, and allow routing based on one of those decisions.

  17. Signatures in Forms

    Signing a form with an external signature pad such a Topaz would be very convenient in many customer-facing situations. Topaz provides integration tools. Signing forms with a mouse is too simple, requires that the customer access a computer or tablet and the result generally does not look good. Adding an electronic signature in a workflow is fine for remote signing but not convenient with a customer present. The Validated ID Biometric option is the best bet now, but a simple Topaz signature device would be easier.

  18. Introduce Option for Related/Linked Documents in Docuware App

    Currently the Docuware Mobile App does not have the ability to review linked/related documents.

    This is vital for users whom are looking to do a final validation off a 3 way match or other important related documents.

  19. Add a new version to a document stored in a file cabinet

    We would like to be able to add a new version to a document stored in a cabinet from the right-click menu "Add Version...", from the list of results.
    This without having to "Check out to review" or "Copy to..." a basket.

  20. Option to auto rename a document's filename to select index criteria, when downloading or emailing from system

    When downloading or emailing a document the ability to name the file as the index criteria or elements of it would be nice.
    PDFs export out as the filename which is normally a unique number or MFD number. These have to then be renamed outside of the system.
    it would be nice to have an option to auto-rename the files by selected fields.
