Can we integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer to our CRM
Hi, is it possible to integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer's to our CRM system so in just one click, we can see the status of our customer's system and their utilization rate.

unmatched OCR autoidentification
Can you create a notification when OCR auto identification fails, for "no matching configuration for certain documents" would there be a way to notify end users?

Notification
We have the possibility to put a notification for
:
- the new documents
- modified index fieldsBut not for all the documents which would correspond to a filter at a time T.
That's a shame.
For example I cannot create a notification for all unsigned invoices which will return the same list every day as long as they are not signed...
It would be so easy with this option!!!
In order to have this possibility, we had to create a special cabinet, a Workflow and 2 Autoindexes... it's complicated for nothing.

Save form changes without publishing the form.
We should be able to save any changes made to a form without publishing it. This should work exactly like DocuWare workflows.

SNS OCCAR NO.
It would be really helpful for the whole community to be able to track in real time the value of the SNS OCCAR number pretended for their division, and to add an alert that informs the user after a week, for example, of any missing SNS OCCAR number.

Ability to create data records only (no document) from docuware Forms
When docuware forms are used, there is no possibility of archiving only a document (for example inserting it as an attachment), but a summary document is always created with the inserted data.

This will avoid the error of storage of an invoice in a list of suppliers for example whan the user wants to create a new supplier

Global Workflow-Variables in JSON-Path Queries for Workflow Designer
Make it possible to use workflow-variables in JsonPath to be able to filter Json-Results from webservices dynamically (like in arithmetic statements). At the moment you can only use index-values.

Number the lines in Workflow Designer.
Please number the data assignments etc by number of lines. When the validation checks if there are any errors it just states line number 103 for instance then I have to count all the way down to that before I find the line. It would be much quicker if numbered.

Docuware cloud - add ablility to sort licenses by name
In Product Overview it would be nice to have the ability to sort the licenses by name or reorder the licenses so they are in alphabetical order. Currently it is hard to find licenses if you have more that 20.

Extracting Additional values from Documents already stored in the File Cabinet
In this use case, business has to reconcile a large set of documents using a reference on a document that was not previously indexed, It would be nice to have a feature where we could extract additional information from documents already stored in a file cabinet, without having the manually find/index the documents, or downloading the documents and reindex via processing files (as this may cause issues if the solution is linked to an ERP with automated workflows)

Document Fields for User-Level use
Currently fields are at Document Level, changes made to these fields are visible to all Users,
In the case, where a user is working through a large query spanning multiple documents, it would be nice if we could avail a user-only fields relevant to that user only, where they could add a comment, or simply flag the document in a result list, then later be able to search/filter on these user fields. Values for User A would not be seen by User B, and vice versa. Once done, have the ability to mass reset flags in a result list.

CRLF Delimited Value Search against a search field
Sometimes we are presented a list of Invoices / POD's we need to search for, Using the current method you have to separate the values with OR, ie. Doc1 OR Doc2 OR.... (upto 7) It would be nice to paste in a CRLF delimited list into the search box for 2~200+ items

Custom select lists are missing from the dialogs when copying file cabinets.
When using a xml file to copy a file cabinet, the custom select lists assignments are missing from the dialogs. 'The user can only use entries from the select list to set the field' check box remains checked though. The fields with only the default select list are copied correctly.
So the admin has to go through each store dialog, and the index dialogs on each result list and task list, to fix this bug. If a dialog is forgotten, then the user is unable to enter anything in those index fields.

Perform Workflow Task Items in System Emails
A fantastic functionality would be for recipients of workflow task emails to be able to select an option for that task directly from the system's email. Many users are able to receive and respond to emails even though it could quite some time before they're able to access a computer. In a large environment having all required users install the mobile app isn't always practical and with table fields being part of many workflows the mobile app is out anyways.
