Add DateTime field in forms
some use cases require recording the time of form input.
Having a date-time field available helps to enter correct data.
now you have to manage it with a text field and a field mask, which is inconvenient both user-side and configuration-side, because then that string has to be added to the recorded date.13 votes -
I suggest you to support Slovenian language on Docuware Cloud, it is annoying for our prospect that Slovenian language is not supported yet.

Add SMTP send configuration option to point to a specific workflow instead of all workflows
Currently you can create an SMTP configuration to be used as the sender for workflow email notifications. That config can be used for all workflow notifications. It would be nice if an SMTP config could be used for specific workflows but not all workflows.

Fill Table fields via DWControl files in DW Import
It would be extremely useful to be able to fill table fields via DWControl files with DocuWare Import. That way we could use third party capture solutions to extract and validate data from documents and then output to DocuWare with all the index and coding already done through the capture solution.

When in a multi-column list there is only one option to select which auto selects.

Allow restrictions of access to the Cloud from some workstations and/or only work hours
A prospect would like to restrict Cloud access to their personnel to only be allowed from their internal network or specifically authorized outside workstations. Is this possible? They do not want to use VPN to connect externally to their internal network and then to the Cloud. Are specific hours of operation available? Any suggestions will be welcome.

Sending several documents in an email (workflow)
The email to workflow allows us to attach a single document.
It would be interesting to be able to attach several documents in the same email.

Ability to increase the size of the Thumbnails in the Document Trey
Add the ability to increase the size of the thumbnails in the Thumbnail or Index Cards views in the Document Trey. They are pretty much useless at the current size.

See the progress of fulltext index for all file cabinets
You can access full text status in the admin tool. Give the ability to see a list of cabinet status in one view with a % of file cabinet that has been indexed.

Be able to assign Stamps to only be availalbe for particular Task Lists.
Sometimes it can get quite confusing when a user has like 10 stamps assigned for a particular file cabinet. It would be nice to be able to assign certain stamps to only be available within a particular task list or index field value. This would eliminate issues where users are applying the wrong stamps at various stages of the Task List workflow .
For example, if a document is in the "Pending Approval" Task list, only show the Approved and Rejected stamp, rather than all 10 stamps assigned for this workflow.

Allow word wrap in Stamp Text Fields
Allow word wrap in stamps. We need to add quite long comments in stamps as part of our workflow, but there is no word wrap functionality for longer comments.

Printing database information from webclient
The administration allow to define a header to be printed with database information. But this only works with Windows Client. In 6.5 only webviewer is available and working with document from URL or Webservice or other cause to display them always in Web Client. It is urgent that this functionnality become available in web environment.

Add an audit trail in the Workflow Designer to see what changes were made between the different versions.

When publishing a public form it would be really useful to have a Captcha to avoid any spam from bots.

Provide the ability to save progress of a docuware form
Getting many requests from clients for the ability to save and return to eforms prior to submission. Seems like the frequency of the request is increasing as customers request more detailed forms

Add Conditional Merge Form Templates
It would be useful to only Merge onto specific templates based on a condition.
I have a client that has variations on some of their PDF templates used for Merge Forms (usually between 2 and 6 variations). For example, headers and footers may differ between departments, but the information being merged is generic.
Currently I give each Merge Form a unique fixed entry (i.e. department name) which gets matched against the department selected in a drop down list. When the forms enter a workflow, the documents where the selected entry does not match the fixed entry get marked for deletion.

Allow users to Rotate Multiple Pages in the Document Overview
There are many occasions that multiple pages or whole documents are rotated in DocuWare.
We would like a function where we can select and rotate pages in the Document Overview in the DocuWare Document Viewer.

have the ability to reorder pages in docuware easier
Reordering a document that is in docuware is cumbersome and very difficult. Especially if it is a large document. There is no way to check out a document and check it back in if the first page of the document you are reordering isn't the same. What if we didn't want page 1 to be page 1?

Log annotations/stamps correctly in document history
When a document is stamped or annotated, an entry is created in the document history that is titled "Edit Annotations" but it doesn't say what was edited. We would like it to say what stamp was applied or if a text annotation was performed. Additionally, if a stamp is applied that changes index data, the index change is not logged at all. We want to see all index data change events in the document history.

Is should be possible for the admin to reset/pre-define the default tray for a user
When creating a new tray for a user, the admin should have the option to make that new tray the new default tray of the user. At the moment it seems random which tray of a user become the default tray. The decision should initially lie with the admin as there might be import jobs or printer configurations which forward the processed documents to the default tray of the user
