Printing database information from webclient
The administration allow to define a header to be printed with database information. But this only works with Windows Client. In 6.5 only webviewer is available and working with document from URL or Webservice or other cause to display them always in Web Client. It is urgent that this functionnality become available in web environment.

Allow drag and drop to Outlook e-mails for sending documents
I get a lot of requests from users that would like the option to drag and drop documents from the DocuWare webclient (i.e. from a search result) directly into an Outlook e-mail.
Currently, the only option is to right click and Send by E-mail. However this option creates a new, empty, e-mail and freezes up the whole Outlook client until the e-mail is sent. This renders our users unable to respond to document requests or to attach documents into ongoing conversations - which is the case most of the time when a document is needed.

Store Automatically Currently ignores the settings in the selected store dialog. It should still default values in fields etc.
Personally I think this is a bug. Currently Store Dialog settings like preloaded default values are ignored. If you select multiple documents in a tray and use the Store Automatically the settings of the store dialog are not processed. This causes huge issues if a status field for instance was preloaded to kick off a particular workflow. The user is allowed to do it but the documents get stored without the necessary default index values and the user has no idea the fields were not filled in as they are if they store one at a time with the store…

Ability to store a Form in Document Tray or File Cabinet
Currently you can only store a Form directly into a File Cabinet with a store dialog. Need ability to store into a Document Tray as well. When storing with Import, Printer or email you have option to store document into Document Tray or File Cabinet

When in a multi-column list there is only one option to select which auto selects.

See the progress of fulltext index for all file cabinets
You can access full text status in the admin tool. Give the ability to see a list of cabinet status in one view with a % of file cabinet that has been indexed.

Allow formatting of numeric fields in the admin tool to exclude the thousands separator.
This would allow the use of numeric fields for PO numbers and the like and provide the range search capability in the search dialog, as well as proper numeric sorting.

Pre-load upcoming pages in web viewer so pages load instantly
When a document is opened in the web viewer, it can take a while to render each page. Instead of waiting until the user clicks "Next page", the viewer should pre-download the next few pages in the background. This way, when the user clicks the Next Page button, the page can be displayed instantly.
This would make navigating documents much quicker/simpler for the users. Presenting content to the user as quickly as possible, even if it causes unnecessary bandwidth, is a primary concern of any CMS. It should be just as fast as browsing photo albums on popular social networking…

Assign workflow controllers via roles
Typically there are many different workflows where for example the Accounting users should be workflow controllers so that they can keep an eye on everyone's tasks. It would be very helpful to be able to assign a Role in to be the workflow controllers so that User Management becomes much easier with staff changes...

DocuWare FTP access security improvements
DocuWare FTP can be accessed by anyone who knows the URL. It is accessible anonymously.
User refers to the CSV file which uploaded to FTP in order to Autoindex as master data. They want to protect this from security issues.It is necessary to be able to set the accessible IP address and update the security.

DW Cloud - Local Data Connector - 1000 Line Limit is BAD THING
It's common to reference a Local Data Connector data source and have the Autoindex routine be set to create a data record if there is no matching record. Especially common in verifying a migration to find items that got missed. It's invariable that some docs won't come over, and this is a great way to find them. It's common for these to sometimes be a ton of records(often > 1,000,000). In 7.3 the system will only use 1,000 records from the remote data at a time, even if the query limit in the LDC config file is set to 10,000…

Split option in barcodes for "is different from previous page" is not available for QR codes. Please include option for QR codes.

Autofill form fields from last submitted form
If there was a way to autofill form fields based on the last submitted form, that would allow multiple similar forms to be submitted in a much smaller time frame.

Cast Autoindex fields to change datatypes
There are many times that a datatype needs to be converted to a different one. INT to VARCHAR etc - This should be a choice in Autoindex per field not just the creation on a new SQL view or using Workflow Manager

Data in Form fields from different source
The ability to pull data into fields on a form from another datasource.
Eg. Enter InvoiceNumber and the rest of the fields in the form is automatically filled.

Ability to increase the size of the Thumbnails in the Document Trey
Add the ability to increase the size of the thumbnails in the Thumbnail or Index Cards views in the Document Trey. They are pretty much useless at the current size.

Be able to assign Stamps to only be availalbe for particular Task Lists.
Sometimes it can get quite confusing when a user has like 10 stamps assigned for a particular file cabinet. It would be nice to be able to assign certain stamps to only be available within a particular task list or index field value. This would eliminate issues where users are applying the wrong stamps at various stages of the Task List workflow .
For example, if a document is in the "Pending Approval" Task list, only show the Approved and Rejected stamp, rather than all 10 stamps assigned for this workflow.

Remove preceding/trailing/in-between spaces in Store dialog fields
We having issues with certain fields (eg VAT numbers) in Intellix Store Dialog, these fields are used in conjunction with Filtered Select Lists.
Problem is - different companies write VAT fields different ways:

123456789
GB 123 4567 89
which is completely break our filtered select lists, since we query customer CRM for that VAT number, where all of it kept uniform, like:
123456789We need ability to format post-Intellix fields in store dialogs - remove spaces, or certain characters using Regex or just list of characters to be removed, like:

A store dialog with only pre-indexing option in Web Client
A store dialog with only pre-indexing option is not working when you try to use this dialog with a document in the web basket.
this option was available with previous releases 5.1 C SP1&SP2,
We would like to see this feature returned starting v6.1 and above
To figure out the need of this option,this is an example of production environment:
