  1. PDFs display blurry in document viewer if Windows scaling is at 150%

    In DocuWare Cloud, PDFs display blurry in document viewer if Windows scaling is at 150%. If changed to 100%, they are clear. If we use the integrated PDF viewer in Chrome or Edge, the PDFs are clear and not blurry. This issue is only on the DocuWare Cloud Document Viewer.

    Created SR around the issue and was advised to submit as an idea.

  3. Email Capture - General Email, Exchange Online

    Could the Exchange Online method of capturing email attachments include the ability to mark those emails as Read when moving them to the processed folder?

    When email attachments are automatically captured using General Email, Exchange Online, the emails moved into the processed folder are not being marked as "Read".

    Previously, when General Email used IMAP, the emails that were moved into the processed folder were marked as "Read".

    As a result the folder containing the captures/processed emails is continuously showing a growing number of unread emails which is a frustration as they need to be manually marked as Read each…

  4. Start workflow if Regex match

    This could work with the field condition "Contains", so for example we could start the workflow if FIELD contains <Regex>. This would be great for filtering and it would improve workflow stability because only documents matching the regex definiton would initiate the workflow.

    Without this I must start the workflow for every document and then handle the condition logic inside the workflow.

  5. Filters in the task list should not be saved (or saved adjustably)

    The filters in a task list are retained even after logging out, which can sometimes be useful, but often confuses users because not all tasks are displayed directly.
    Therefore, the filter setting should not be saved permanently (like the filters in the search result list), or it should be adjustable per user, or selectable by a checkbox (e.g. next to the "Reset filter" button).

  6. the ability to create (filtered) webform select lists based roles and groups

    we can curently use the fixed user list, but it would be nice if we can select a user based on the group or role they are connected to

  7. Allow the ability to set column size on Table fields

    Many times you have columns that always have a set number of characters, but he column is always wider and needs to be resized by each user. Many of my clients would prefer the column size be set to the size needed when the data is a set number of characters.

  8. Allow the ability to change column order of table fields in Result and List Result dialogs

    The column order of table fields are adjustable in the store dialog, workflow tasks and the index dialog, but I can not re-order them in the Result dialog or the List Result dialog.

  9. Add a Multi-Decision workflow component

    Presently we have a decision component, basically an If-Then-Else scenario. In order to check for multiple conditions, I end up with two or more cascading decision components until a condition is met, or the workflow falls through to some other state.

    It would be very helpful to have a single decision component that would allow for multiple possible decisions and associated outcomes, and allow routing based on one of those decisions.

  10. Signatures in Forms

    Signing a form with an external signature pad such a Topaz would be very convenient in many customer-facing situations. Topaz provides integration tools. Signing forms with a mouse is too simple, requires that the customer access a computer or tablet and the result generally does not look good. Adding an electronic signature in a workflow is fine for remote signing but not convenient with a customer present. The Validated ID Biometric option is the best bet now, but a simple Topaz signature device would be easier.

  11. Introduce Option for Related/Linked Documents in Docuware App

    Currently the Docuware Mobile App does not have the ability to review linked/related documents.

    This is vital for users whom are looking to do a final validation off a 3 way match or other important related documents.

  12. Add a new version to a document stored in a file cabinet

    We would like to be able to add a new version to a document stored in a cabinet from the right-click menu "Add Version...", from the list of results.
    This without having to "Check out to review" or "Copy to..." a basket.

  13. Option to auto rename a document's filename to select index criteria, when downloading or emailing from system

    When downloading or emailing a document the ability to name the file as the index criteria or elements of it would be nice.
    PDFs export out as the filename which is normally a unique number or MFD number. These have to then be renamed outside of the system.
    it would be nice to have an option to auto-rename the files by selected fields.

  14. Different User Interface for View-Only Permission per User

    Hi, hope that we can have a separate user interface for users with view-only permission in DW. When a user has view-only permission, hope that we can hide the "Task", "Form", "Tray & "List" options in their user interface when they log in.

  15. Add option to export csv to display table data and document data in same row with only one column header row.

    It would be nice if the report export could display all column headers (table and document record) on the same row and only display once. Having a column header for each row of data makes it difficult to manipulate the data in the csv file. The extra column headers must be deleted.

  17. Possibility to give saved form a custom (dynamic) file name

    At the moment there is no easy way to give saved forms an unique file name. It would be good to have a possibility to fill in a custom file name, with a possibility to use dynamic entries, such as timestamps.

  18. Add workflow version as system index

    It would be very helpful for troubleshooting and reprocessing workflow items if the workflow version a document is currently in could be available as a searchable system index. The workflow version is available in the document history but only at a document level.

  19. X to close dialogues jumps to the right... why?

    When having multiple dialogues open in the DocuWare interface, they appear as tabs next to each other. Each tab has an x right next to the name of the dialog to close it. However, if there is only one dialog open, the X jumps all the way to the central divider why on keeping the tab layout so that the X so right there where it was before you closed the 2nd to last dialogue?

  20. duplicate workflow decisions

    I often have to create similar workflow decisions, only with a slight change in an index modification (eg. document status). I'd like to have an option to copy/paste my decision inside a workflow task;
