add "copy to..." to all result lists
The function in the context menu "copy to another document tray" is only available for the embedded search result list in the main docuware windows. As soon as I share this result list or open it in a different window i don't see the "copy to ...." function anymore. It's user and browser independent.

Allow progress to be saved on a workflow task
It would be nice to be able to save work on a workflow task for completion at a later time.
For instance, when filling out GL account information on an invoice with a lot of line items, it would be nice to be able to save the progress to be completed later. Let's say I have an invoice with 50 line items that all need to be coded to a different account. Maybe I get to line 30 and need to go to a meeting. There isn't any way to save my progress so I can finish later.

Verify and remove the check digit on barcode
it would be helpful that in the barcode reading configuration there is the possibility to remove the barcode check digit.

Add location services to populate Forms in the field
Adding the ability to capture cell phone location on a Form so for use cases where you have remote users filling out forms they can 1) Not have to enter address 2) Be used as "proof" they were at the site.

Auto Adjust Column Width
Auto column width based on the presented content?? Or maybe (or on top of) have the ability to set a specific width for each in the result dialog?

Store Input Source as Property
Please add a way, to view how the document was stored. Maybe in the document history event as a property?
It's interesenting and important to understand how documents are stored.
What store dialog? or Folder? Or Through document processing (scanner, folder, printer?)... etc3 votes -
ADD AUTOINDEX JOBS TO DOCUMENT HISTORY
PLEASE ADD THE AUTOINDEX JOB HISTORY TO THE DOCUMENT HISTORY INFORMATION. ATTACHED THE SIMPLE IDEA.
THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOW IF/WHAT/WHEN AUTOINDEX HAS RAN, AND WHAT IT HAS DONE.

Index changes from Autoindex just show up in the standard document history as index change. -
workflow for multiple cabinets
Why can't I use the same workflow for files in different cabinets? This has been done with STAMPS...

Date in Folder Dialogs
Let us assing DATE fileds to the Folder Dialogs Hierarchy, and choose what part (or parts) of the date to use (DAY, WEEK, MONTH, YEAR)

Outlook Email Modern Component
Please buid a Outlook Email component for Office365, so it works accross all devices. Outlook for windows, mac, ios, android web!
Also, most IMPORTANT: ability to choose the attachments to store and in what order.

Dialog displayed when clicking Edit Text Annotation in the Tools Menu should be able to be displayed as read only
In the Tools menu there is a push pin button that has the title Edit Text Annotation. When this button is clicked on a dialog box is displayed allowing the user to enter text. We would like people to be able to display this dialog but have the text read only.

Add a behavior to index fields in the search dialog
For instance, say that the top index field is called "Department" and there are 10 departments listed. Each department will have different documents and index fields that are unique to them.
When someone selects "Human Resources" as the Department, then a set of index fields will appear based upon that selection. Like an eForm "behavior".

intelligent index work with keyword field
It would be nice to have Intelligent Indexing work with Keyword fields the same way it works with Table fields.
Example: I have packing slips with multiple PO numbers that needs to be populated in a Keyword field. I am using a keyword field instead of a table so i can link by that field in Document Relations.

Result List Based on Field Value
Would be very useful if we could define which result list is rendered based on a field value, like Document Type. In this manner an Edit Index Entries for document type Invoice would only show the pertinent index values and not the values for all the other document types in that file cabinet.

GroupBy in results, views, wordkflows...
GROUP (and subgroup...) results or Taks or lists by the desired field... This should be able to be configured by admin for each result list or workflow view, but also modified and personalized by the users.

Filter and view unique documents
when supervising a flow, you see the document X times depending on how many people have the task assigned.... this clutters and fills the view, and gives silly numbers of pending tasks. (in our case most tasks are available to 10-15 peopler, therefore multiplying the list by that number...)
The ability to filter/show "different" task would be ideal.
Also the number of pending tasks should always refer to unique tasks.

Create Blank Store Dialogs
It would be really helpful to have the option for a blank store dialog option instead of left clicking all the options I dont want. We have around 100 index fields and sometimes I just want 3 or 4.

Conditional Formatting when Assigning.
For example:
I may want to assign to a department depending on an outcome or responsibility. At the moment I have to create multiple conditional formats and assigns for it to go to the correct person.
I would like it so you could go, if field equals finance then assign finance manager, if field equals sales then assign to sales manager, etc

Message on login
Make the system able to post custom messages to users as they login, similar to the tutorial that pops up on login. This could be used to notify users of upcoming outages, etc.

Manage alerts or limits for uploaded documents in cabinet or tray
To be able to manage alerts for types of documents uploaded and especially more important for their size, I am very interested to know that my users do not upload files of more than X mb in a specific file cabinet for example, or that they only upload PDFs.
This can be done in two ways, by alerts and leaving the user or with permissions in the filing cabinet, and that you put some filters to the filing cabinet of allowed limits.
