Allow select lists for decimal fields
It would be very useful and helpful to allow the application of select lists for decimal fields

add Filter by Field(s) in the Table in the form
sur les tableaux il est fortement souhaité de rajouter l'option de filtre d'une colonne de type liste par rapport à une autre colonne du même type. et l'idéal est de prendre en considération la possibilité d'avoir deux sources différentes pour les listes des deux colonnes.

DocuWare mobile app - Add the ‘Folders’ menu to the mobile application
In the mobile application we don't have access to the Folders menu when it's set up.
It would be useful to be able to access it through the mobile application in the same way as the Windows Explorer add-on for example.

Multi-tenant SSO management.
Is multi-tenant SSO included in the road map ?

It would be nice for example to restrict SSNs to the last 4 digits in webforms

Add an area that describes where a desktop app connection is being used
In Profile and Settings there is a place where you can revoke a token. The issue is if more than one Desktop connection is listed, you have no idea of which connection to revoke. Be nice to have some sort of data to be able to tell them apart.

Numeric Data Type in Table Fields
Either allow casting of cabinet numeric fields to decima in workflow tables or allow numeric data types in table fields. This discrepancy between allowable data types limits the filtering of data in tables.

Currently charged for double space for attachments stored within email chain
How can DW store an email using Connect to Outlook and only have the attachments count as one for storage purposes. Currently, it's storing the email with the attachment, then it saves a second copy of the attachment using up double the storage space. This is leading our storage space to be taken up much more quickly. It seems unfair that our files within emails are counted up twice.

Allow selection of attachments stored with emails with Connect to Outlook
When an email is being stored via Connect to Outlook, not all attachments are needed. It would be great if people can just select only those attachments within an email they want to store. For example, if there are 5 attachments and they want to store three of the attachments, they should be able to check off which ones they want to store.
This saves space because currently, we are paying for both the attachments within an email and then the additional copies DocuWare is extracting of each attachment to show in the preview pane.

Allow extended storage areas for files such as Quickbooks Company Files that do not get renamed to a GUID internally.
Quickbooks files spawn multiple files when opened and they cannot be renamed like for example to a GUID on the raw storage disk. Other companies have an 'extended' storage area where these types of files can be stored with the benefit of being searched but not managed otherwise. This would be beneficial for a Document Storage Management system.

Add user-specific option to delete raw files after adding to Docuware.
Too reduce clutter, a nice feature that other software apps have is the ability to delete the original source file after adding to Docuware.

Send out Cloud Storage Notification to the Organization Administrator and ADP Contact upon reaching 80% of the storage limit.

Adding a new document version in one step - upload new version
DocuWare is greatly lacking the option to directly add a new document version - upload new version (select document, confirm). This would significantly enhance the system's usability in certain cases and greatly simplify its use.

Document viewer in 7.10 - arrows for navigating between attachments move left and right when switching between documents.
With version 7.10, the arrows for navigating through attachments move left and right depending on whether the document has one or multiple pages. When there are multiple pages, a field for entering the page number appears, shifting the entire row to the right.
This is annoying because it requires the user to chase the correct arrow with the mouse cursor for every click when navigating between attachments.1 vote -
Add SFTP for file uploads
Please add SFTP to the options to receive files. This will enable securely sending files to the cloud. I'm not sure why this is not an option now...

Allow the Use of the Sync Configuration with Version Management Enabled
Currently, there is no way to perform a file cabinet synchronization job if Version Management is enabled. While there is a workaround by using the Transfer config for moving files out of the cabinet, this is an inconvenience to the customer if version management was enabled years ago and the file cabinet is filled with thousands of files.

Request to Fix 422 Error: JSON Field Order Should Not Cause Update Table Field Values to Fail
I am encountering an issue with the Update Table Field Values REST API. When I change the order of elements in the JSON request body, the API returns a 422 error.Since JSON does not inherently guarantee order, could we request a modification to the implementation?

Introduce a Brief Course on the Business Use Cases of Workflow
The LMS provides several courses for DSC's on the components of DocuWare Workflow and in fact a pre-requisite for the course is a DSC certification. It would be ideal that a short business course is designed for DSAs to aid them with understanding several business uses of workflow and mention them during their engagements with prospects. The business uses of workflow are indeed embedded in the various case studies listed on the DocuWare website . it would be ideal to so as to say extract such cases and centralize them. Such data would surely be appreciated for competitive advantage and…
