  2. Allow formatting of numeric fields in the admin tool to exclude the thousands separator.

    This would allow the use of numeric fields for PO numbers and the like and provide the range search capability in the search dialog, as well as proper numeric sorting.

  3. Associate different SMTP configurations to specific Workflows

    Currently you can create multiple SMTP configurations to be used as the sender for workflow email notifications. Is a big mistake to not be able to associate this to different Workflows.
    A good option could be selecting the SMTP configured account via a dropdown select box.

  4. Date calculation in Form

    Request to include Date calculation in field calculations in form designer. Example of Leave Application. When Employee applies for Leave and fills in Start Date and End Date Total Leave Days to be calculated based on End Date - Start Date. Another example could be Travel Request form when Employee fills Start Date and End Date.

  5. Select a sender when I send an e-mail through workflow activity

    At the work flow when there is an activity with an e-mail, I can send the e-mail to differents addressee but if I want to change the sender or select the sender who have to send the e-mail it's impossible, isn't it, because always choose the sender from e-mail service, and as I see always have to be the same, so please how can I change the sender when I program to send an e-mail through activity from the workfrow. I think it will be very interesting to have the oportunity to select the sender because not always the e.-mail…

  6. Import users to DW cloud from CSV

    HI, sometimes we get cloud cases with many users Without the possibility to import users from AD.
    It is tiresome to create 100 users+ from scratch.
    It should really be possible to do a batch import of users with name and email from CSV.

  7. If a vendor sends multiple attachments in one email, that each attachment was separated into individual documents in DW tray

    Many vendors send multiple attachments in one email. When stored to the New Invoices tray all the attachments are clipped together as one document. Would love it if each attachment was stored as an individual document

  8. Ability to store a Form in Document Tray or File Cabinet

    Currently you can only store a Form directly into a File Cabinet with a store dialog. Need ability to store into a Document Tray as well. When storing with Import, Printer or email you have option to store document into Document Tray or File Cabinet

  9. enter and use URLs in the DocuWare index fields.

    Being able to enter and use URLs in the DocuWare index fields would be a huge help. This way users could potentially access other platforms, website, etc . directly from Docuware once the url is saved in an index field.
    I have also received this request from a customer.

  10. Stamping multiple documents in a single step be restored to the web client

    Stamping of multiple documents/pages were available in the Windows client. We have a customer with a urgent need for this feature in the web client after using this in the Windows client

  11. Make the option "Add wildcard to the search" also available for Select Lists.

    It would be useful to have this option as for search masks.

    This would make it easier to filter the values in the list.
    Would be extremely useful on Web Forms

    Hello,
    When the user edit index entries of a document, it would be much more easier if this document were automatically opened in the viewer.

    Indeed, when the user processes invoices that are all similar but different, he can easily have an invoice opened in the viewer that is not the one he is modifying and do not realize it. This is a source of error.

  15. Link documents manually

    Add a function to link manually two or more documents. We have a lot documents from different areas (Finance, Sales, Production etc.) but for the same product (movie trailer etc.). We want to search for the Trailer and want to see all documents about it.
    All the documents itself are indexed in docuware. Clipping is not a solution, because all the documents are indexed in the System.

  17. Our customers have to have the Placeholder function of the Field Masks included in the Web Client

    According to your FAQ #1858, Because of technical reasons it is not possible to display in Web Client placeholders in fields with field masks. Only in Windows Client placeholders can be displayed.

    A large portion of our customer base is comprised of County Clerk’s Office within the State of Indiana. The primary field that they use to look up documents is a 24-character Cause Number, which includes numbers and letters separated by dashes in a state-defined format. In the Windows Client, we create a field mask which not only eliminates input errors but speeds data entry. The first 2 digits…

  18. When using 'Keep Entries' have an option NOT to carry over field which is 'FileName'

    When Multiple documents with similar Index data are stored, an option should be available to have the 'File Name' field come from the next document, not carried over from previous one. Would be even better if a selection can be made which fields are carried over and which are not.

  19. Remember the last used annotation after moving to next/previous document

    In the web client when you choose an annotation such as the "Write text on overlay" it does not remember the last used annotation function after changing pages. The windows client would remember the last function and not require the user to continually click the same function over and over again. This becomes very frustrating when working on a large batch of files. Please see the attached file for a detailed walk through of the problem.

  20. Allow drag and drop to Outlook e-mails for sending documents

    I get a lot of requests from users that would like the option to drag and drop documents from the DocuWare webclient (i.e. from a search result) directly into an Outlook e-mail.

    Currently, the only option is to right click and Send by E-mail. However this option creates a new, empty, e-mail and freezes up the whole Outlook client until the e-mail is sent. This renders our users unable to respond to document requests or to attach documents into ongoing conversations - which is the case most of the time when a document is needed.
