Reprint output PDF after index modification
It would be good to have the form reprinted in PDF after a modification from 'Modiiay index' dialog in search results.
The new entry would be a new version of the document or replace it as per the cabinet settings1 vote -
Add SFTP for file uploads
Please add SFTP to the options to receive files. This will enable securely sending files to the cloud. I'm not sure why this is not an option now...

Anhänge in PDFs automatisch archivieren und/oder extrahieren
Durch E-Rechnungen kommt es immer öfter vor, dass Kunden Tätigkeitsberichte bei ZUGFeRD-Rechnungen im PDF angehangen bekommen. Diese können stand jetzt nicht von DocuWare aus dem PDF extrahiert werden. Die müsste bitte dringend umgesetzt werden.
Wir greifen die Rechungen nämlich automatisiert ab und der Kunde muss die ZUGFeRD-Rechung nochmal herunterladen und die angehangenen Dokumente nochmal aus dem PDF herunterladen und manuell einspielen. Das nimmt sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch. Insgesamt machen das weit über 30 Lieferanten unserer Kunden.3 votes -
Add option to disable scrolling to the next page
Add an option to disable the change made to scrolling in 7.10 that automatically changes the viewed page of the document when the user scrolls to either the very top, or bottom of the page.

add support for RDS
When trying to stream DocuWare Printer PS through an RDS environment it does not work. Please add support for Printer PS in RDS environments.

Change the order in which stored documents appear without using an index.
Imagine that you have several documents linked to a main document.
Once the linked documents are stored, it is not possible to change the order in an ergonomic way. Indeed, a very important document can be stored after others and to highlight it, it would be very helpful to move it directly from the DW Client.
Currently, the only way is to create an index. But using and index is a waste of time. Indeed, when a new document is stored, the user has to change the number of all the previous index.1 vote -
Forward redirects on sign out to identity provider
It would be helpful for organizations with an outside SSO client for DocuWare, upon sign out, to redirect links to the login page back to the SSO provider.

Filter by names of document trays (or also file cabinets)
A customer - accounting company - has hundreds of customers and each has it´s own doc. tray. It would be helpful if they were able to search by name in document tray list.

Give the ability to generate a report of how many documents have been stored to a document tray/how many docs were stored from said tray
It would be very helpful to have a report that shows the history of a doc tray and all of the files that entered it and were stored from it

Add DateTime field in forms
some use cases require recording the time of form input.
Having a date-time field available helps to enter correct data.
now you have to manage it with a text field and a field mask, which is inconvenient both user-side and configuration-side, because then that string has to be added to the recorded date.14 votes -
Document Name is no longer retained via Edit & Send in version 7.9+
The infrastructure team confirmed the following behavior was changed on purpose due to another Bug starting in versions 7.9+: when editing any documents via Edit &Send that have an index field set as Document name, the Document name is no longer retained, as it used to be, and now reflects the Original File name. We need the change to revert to how it used to be. The document name should be retained once opened in its native application via Edit & Send.

Groups in email task
Allow Group selection when assigning users to an email. Also nice if it worked the same way as Task Assignment where you can select all in the group, or specific users in the group.

I suggest that we have the ability to automatically import mails and attachments into DocuWare for the new DocuWare for Outlook
To have the same automatic import fucntionality for DocuWare for Outlook as we have for Connect to Outlook for the new Outlook seeing as plenty of people are using the new Outlook

Allow the "recently deleted" results to be disabled for some users
We do not want all users seeing what is in the recently deleted bin and would like to restrict this with a check option or permission

Image Stamps with Customer field or Index Field
I have a use case in a Government Agency where more than two person needs to approve a document using comments and Signature (Not Digital) in particular designated locations in document Like one Person in Top Right-hand side and another Bottom Right-hand side. When we use Image stamp setup it only has three predefined fields which can be added in the design (username, Date and time with an option to insert image which can be a scanned copy of signature). Add option to disable loading icon in viewer
When switching between pages in DocuWare's viewer, the loading icon that frequently pops up can be visually disruptive to some users. This effect has become more noticeable with the introduction of scrolling to change pages in 7.10. Additionally, the icon frequently persists shortly after the next page to be viewed is already loaded.
Disabling this icon will allow these users to view these documents more clearly while quickly reading them.

Allow management of the Public group for users that are synced into DocuWare
Allow members synched into DoicuWare from the AD group to be managed in the Public DocuWare group. In certain cases, it is not possible to remove the user from the Ad group and as such they are still in the DocuWare system as a user. If we can unselect them from the "Public" group, then the system will be more secure by not giving them any privileges to do anything in DocuWare.

allow the deletion of fields in workflow designer without removing the field from merge forms.
I have a form that fills multiple merge forms that I setup before table fields were an option. When table fields were available in forms I was told that you could use a table field with a merge form. It can be done with a workflow. On this particular form I have hidden all of the original fields but it would be nice if I could remove the original fields without affecting the merge form.
