Go directly to the page that contains that indexed value
The ability to go directly to the page that contains that indexed value. For example, If I index a value on page #5 out of document that has 20 pages (a multi-page PDF) and when I search/retrieve for that value, it takes me directly to view page #5 without scrolling the pages. The idea is to click on an index value on the left pane, the document viewer on the right pane brings to page #5 without doing a full text search.

Add a search tool to Tasks
It would be very helpful to be able to search for a task by using index criteria.

Display a scond column in a Select list, other than the one used for the index field
This would allow a description of the data being chosen by the user, such as GL account name for a GL number, or user name for a UserShortName, or Vendor name for a vendor ID. This would also prevent truncation of a field and violating the new Select List Only configuration.

you should be able to cancel document during importing
While importing document into the web basket, there should be a way you can cancel the document from importing

Field Mask
In the field mask option, there is not the possibility to set a configuration about a "password type". This means the user can digit a password (for stamps for example) and the data are display as "******".
In workflow step I can set several condition where I ask a password, but in this case it's write in visible way.

Use 'Tab' same as 'Enter' in search dialog index field selection
When you enter a value in a search dialog index field, you see automatically the results to choose from. You can walk through results using the cursorbuttons and select a value by ENTER. Would be usefull to make the select also possible by using ALT button.

Option to delete old versions of a document
It would be interesting to implement an option to delete old versions of a document. the case is that the user is doing versions of a document until thinks that the newest versión is the definitive. Therefor the user needs to be able to delete all the old versions of the document. Free disk space could be a reason.

Ability to change colors in web viewer, result lists...
Highlighted rows in the result list changed from blue to grey when we updated to 6.7. Allow admins to control style colors or have alternative style sheet themes.

Export costumer data into WORD forms for a letter out
Many users like to export the name, subject and other data into a WORD forms so they can write an letter out to customers. At this moment they have to work with to screens

One click copy
While indexing, would like ability to click index field name and copy the information in the field. This would eliminate the need to double click and press "Ctrl+V," speeding copying of long transaction numbers, difficult-to-spell names, etc.

Graphics are outdated
Very boxy and basic looking. Tool bars and tabs would be easier to use.

Show both the Approve and Disapprove stamp on the toolbar avoiding having to click on the stamp down arrow to get to one or the other.
It saves time (minimal), but wrist motion to move the mouse. It is unnecessary.

Crop (through) document in the web basket
If you scan a document in the webbasket, it's note possible to crop it if the document is skewed. We the old Windows Client, we had a special fonction the make it right, to adjust it

Improve the ability to find documents after a name change has occurred.
When a vendor or client has a name change, we would like to be able to retrieve the documents that are indexed with the old name, using the new name.
For instance, Company is ABC and there are 100 documents indexed using ABC as the index in the Client Name field. Company ABC has a name change to company XYZ. When retrieving a document using XYZ, it should also retrieve the documents indexed as ABC.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Intelligent Indexing Expand Into Checks
As intelligent indexing is essentially only available on vendor invoices, it would seem the logical next place to allow for intelligent indexing would be customer checks.
Reading a check number and customer name would be desirable, along of course with the auto-identification of the document type of check.2 votesYour idea has been added to our backlog. We are now further investigating the idea.

In the Task List Designer
Docuware would implement much effientcy by adding basic mathmatical excel funtion in the tasklist Designer,Since a good amount of users are also using this in there accounting process to approve invoices, this would provide a valuable feature and purpose. Please see my example attached.

Custom Actions in Web Client (Toolbar & Context Menu Integration)
Introduce the ability to define and execute custom actions directly from the DocuWare Web Client UI, both in the toolbar (right panel) and in the document context menu (right-click).
Today, integrating external systems or custom logic (e.g. AI processing, OCR correction, data enrichment, or external workflows, whatever ) requires indirect approaches such as workflows, external links, or background automation. These solutions are powerful but not always intuitive for end users and lack a seamless user experience.
The proposed feature would allow administrators to configure custom actions that:

Allow select list filtering against system fields
It would be useful to have the ability within Forms, to use multi-column select list filtering against system fields so users cannot see or select data other than their own previously stored data.
For instance, filter the dataset based on the original store user against the 'logged in user' initiating the form thereby eliminating #2 user from displaying the data previously stored by user #1.1 vote
