Option to delete old versions of a document
It would be interesting to implement an option to delete old versions of a document. the case is that the user is doing versions of a document until thinks that the newest versión is the definitive. Therefor the user needs to be able to delete all the old versions of the document. Free disk space could be a reason.

Ability to change colors in web viewer, result lists...
Highlighted rows in the result list changed from blue to grey when we updated to 6.7. Allow admins to control style colors or have alternative style sheet themes.

Export costumer data into WORD forms for a letter out
Many users like to export the name, subject and other data into a WORD forms so they can write an letter out to customers. At this moment they have to work with to screens

One click copy
While indexing, would like ability to click index field name and copy the information in the field. This would eliminate the need to double click and press "Ctrl+V," speeding copying of long transaction numbers, difficult-to-spell names, etc.

Graphics are outdated
Very boxy and basic looking. Tool bars and tabs would be easier to use.

Show both the Approve and Disapprove stamp on the toolbar avoiding having to click on the stamp down arrow to get to one or the other.
It saves time (minimal), but wrist motion to move the mouse. It is unnecessary.

Crop (through) document in the web basket
If you scan a document in the webbasket, it's note possible to crop it if the document is skewed. We the old Windows Client, we had a special fonction the make it right, to adjust it

Improve the ability to find documents after a name change has occurred.
When a vendor or client has a name change, we would like to be able to retrieve the documents that are indexed with the old name, using the new name.
For instance, Company is ABC and there are 100 documents indexed using ABC as the index in the Client Name field. Company ABC has a name change to company XYZ. When retrieving a document using XYZ, it should also retrieve the documents indexed as ABC.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Intelligent Indexing Expand Into Checks
As intelligent indexing is essentially only available on vendor invoices, it would seem the logical next place to allow for intelligent indexing would be customer checks.
Reading a check number and customer name would be desirable, along of course with the auto-identification of the document type of check.2 votesYour idea has been added to our backlog. We are now further investigating the idea.

In the Task List Designer
Docuware would implement much effientcy by adding basic mathmatical excel funtion in the tasklist Designer,Since a good amount of users are also using this in there accounting process to approve invoices, this would provide a valuable feature and purpose. Please see my example attached.

Changes to date format in Document History and Audit Logs
The Document/Workflow History in the UK shows the date format in DD/MM/YYYY. For projects where the customer has users/departments in both the US and none US countries this can cause confusion as US users may assume the dates are MM/DD/YYYY.
Please could DocuWare add an explanation to the Date header stipulating that the date is DD/MM/YYYY to remove this confusion.

Use single IndexFile to update multiple documents in StorageRobot
When using StorageRobot, it would be great to be able to use a single Index file to update multiple documents instead of needing a index file for each document that needs to be updated.

Add "Read out loud" functionality similar to Adobe Acrobat
This is required to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA requirements which ensure web content is Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR) for users with disabilities. It includes all 2.0 A/AA standards plus 12 new criteria focused on mobile, low vision, and cognitive disabilities, such as Reflow, Text Spacing, and Non-text Contrast. Key requirements cover sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation,, screen reader compatibility, and content adaptability.

Revision History for Forms
Version history for forms similar to the workflows on the Workflow Designer Desktop app. Having a built in revision history would help keep track of changes made to forms.

make it possible to mass delete inactive accounts
When our users are hired our HR department enters all of the users into the accounting system and then they run a script that pulls that information to create active directory and email accounts. Then we sync active directory with Docuware. Then when they leave we delete the account from active directory and the Docuware account doesn't get deleted it gets deactivated. That is fine until they decide to come back and work for us again and the Docuware account doesn't get reactivated. If I reactivate it manually the next time users are synced with AD it deactivates it again.…

See which user(s)/role is/are assigned to workflow tasks even for non-Controllers
It would be great to be able to access task assignments in an index field so that you can use Lists to see where and with whom tasks are currently sitting in a workflow.

allow rows of an excel file to be copied to a table field in a workflow
We use excel timesheets and the top of the timesheet has rows with the accounting code, the time type, employee number, and hours. Those are then imported into our accounting system. I am trying to make a workflow that will have employees do their timesheets in docuware and then when payroll is done simply export everything in one shot with an odbc sql query. It would make payroll a little easier. As it is people do their timesheets and then all of them are downloaded and each one is then imported individually into our accounting system. Implement AI-based natural language search functions to browse documents
AI offers the possibility to search among documents in natural language. This would be valuable, because we observe that users tend to request expert-users for help in searching theirs documents, that they struggle to find.
Of course, non-generative AI (e.g. Prisme.AI) that would be able not to find, instead of inventing / creating.1 vote -
DocXporter redesign and GUI interface.
DocXporter is horrid. Its a needed function, but needs redesign and stability. Errors in logs are useless. System stops in middle of downloading. My network is full fiber. Its not my network. Very very slow on output. You MUST design a front end GUI interface. Non programmers can t figure any of this out without paying EXTRA fees from tech support to set up. even the sample you provided me was just some other customers file. Was even more confusing because it had fields, functions that wont pertain to my needs. So you dont now if it needed to stay…
