Roles (List) - Arithmetic expression roles
Allow the ability to group two role variables into a role list variable.
Ie.
Single Role Variables
Manager - GVMANAGER
Director - GVDIRECTORList Role Variable
Approval - GVAPPROVAL (GVMANAGER+GV DIRECTOR)Then allow the workflow to Assign this new role.

Table Fields - Make Required Field Actually Required
Hello everyone:
It would be useful if a Required column in a table field actually be required when a document is stored and probably in other contexts, too.
Right now I can set a column as required, but unless a row in the table field is popped the field is not actually required and the document can be stored with no table field entries.Causes bit of extra work for me and the client as I then have to build an autoindex routine to check for existence of table field data and set a field to indicate whether or not…

Add a Store from desktop/folder integration like the Store from Outlook
Please add the ability to right click a document on the desktop or in a folder and store it in DocuWare just like the Outlook integration where I can right click on an email, select the store dialog I want to use, and send the item directly to DocuWare with the proper indexing without having to drag it to the tray first. Just like Outlook, I'd like to be able to select if the item will be copied or moved when setting up the store dialog.

Change the workflow configuration so that if you change a data assignment it doesn't clear the previous configuration
I have a workflow that takes data from a table field and enters it into a document from a merge form. The workflow loops through the rows in the table field and then depending on what is in the first column it determines where to put the rest of the data. The arithmetic expression is the same for everything but it is cleared out when I change the form field to be entered. Then I have to re-enter it for each condition. That is a time consuming pain.

intelligent index ordinal indicators on date
Add the ability for Intelligent Indexing to interpret ordinal indicators in date indexes i.e. 1st January 2021 (st not recognised).

put a button to create a new form tab
With 7.3 there is a forms tab next to tasks and searches. From that tab you can go to any form or edit any form for which you have rights. It would be nice if you have the rights to create a form to have a button to create a new form from that page rather than going into configurations.

Desktop Apps Import - Import Jobs - Ability to categorize/sort/filter/search
We have more than 50 import configurations, Some times the import fails, sometimes it stops, it would be nice to display the import jobs by a category, show stopped/failing jobs at the top of the list, being able to sort/filter/search import jobs, (condense the job list), export the job list to CSV for documentation, export the job list for re-import on another pc.

Ability to send a document in a document tray to an import config
When a document is in a Document tray, It would be nice if we could process the document against a specified import configuration. In example, select the document, right click, send to ==> <import config>. (for splitting and indexing). Only way I am aware, is to download the file from the document tray, using Import from Desktop Apps. or manually split/index/store the document

Add ability to download in sets of 1000 instead of just 100. I have users that want to download 10000 records...
Take the limit of 100 records per page and increase it to 1000 so that downloading 10000 records is easier for the users or at least make it customizable from 100 default to 250, 500, 1000 etc. That way the user can tailor their experience based on their machine's capability.

Indexing alias information
For indexing, validation, intelligent indexing, external data and normalization it is nearly impossible for all incoming documents to have the exact same data all the time.
Example:
IL Illinois Ill
City of Springfield, Springfield City of
CWLP, City Water Light and Power
EPA, Environmental Protection Agency, IEPA, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, Illinois EPAAll of the above are from different documents I have received. The file cabinet data I want them stored by are

Choose if a File Cabinet Document is brought in As Stored or converted to PDF
Docuware has been inconsistent with Trays. Some versions convert all documents going into the tray from the file cabinet to PDF and current versions do not.
There are good reasons for both.
In the case of a legacy system that was once all TIFF images this is very helpful to bring them up-to-date.
In the case of loosing the ability to maintain a records integrity, it should not be allowed.
If you allowed administration to choose a Trays ability to convert or not would allow both.

DocuWare does not convert document types during import or storage. A document is only converted to PDF when annotations are merged to an image file in the Viewer.

Create a datetime column in a table field
I have a table field with two columns when I should only need 1. I have a date field and a time field. There is no option for a datetime field.

Sending a Request - Default Ability - Automatically Apply Stamp w/ Decision
Hello!
Client request here to have the ability to set the check box for Automatically Apply Stamp w/ Decision to be checked by default, and I can definitely see how this might be quite important. They know they'll want this for all requests, and as it is the user will have to remember to hit the check box every time, and there will almost certainly be times this gets missed. Not the first time I've heard this request, so now it's time to see if we can ********* the backlog.

Add the option to select a merge form to send from the email task
When dealing with a webform with multiple merge forms, DocuWare does not have the function to select between them in order to only send one document out, and later in the workflow to add the second document to send out , lets use the following scenario , a customer needs to pay for a service , thus a invoice needs to be generated and sent out, after proof of payment was received DocuWare workflow needs to generate a receipt of payment, using the same workflow with multiple merge forms.

This seems to be more a configuration issue as this could be already done today.

With New LDAP Synchronization, add more options for Loginname.
With New Synchronization, add more options for Loginname. Currently only samaccountname, userpricipalname, and userpricipalprefix can be used. We suggest also allowing the "mail" property because it provides consistency with the Email address used.

Ability to total/put formulas in forms
If we cannot get the table field in forms, could we have the ability to perform basic totaling/other formulas in forms? I would like people who put in multiple amounts to have the double check that the amount totals.

Cloud Version-Cloud Status
The Cloud Status for Storage should update more frequently. We had an issue and were told that the Storage Quota status updated every 3 to 6 hours. It appeared to be closer to 6 hours for the update. It should update every 1 to 3 hours if the Quota is over 80%.
It would also be nice if it defaulted to 7 days, not 12 months.
