Set custom boxes background
Some users have differents research boxes in the same tray. But these boxes are very similar (sames fields with 1 or 2 prefilled fields).
They often don't see they are not in the right box for their research.

Ability to add .msg files to Form
Ability to add/attach .msg files to Form
Currently receiving this error message when we try to attach an email to a published Form:
"Invalid attached file type. Supported file types are .pdf,.doc,.docx,.jpg,.jpeg,.gif,.png,.bmp,.tif,.psd,.xls,.xlsx,.txt,.mp3,.mp4,.aac,.wav,.wmv,.avi,.mpg,.mpeg,.zip."

Create an Admin message function
Create the ability for an Admin to post a login message for users to alert them to updates, new information, or whatever an Admin wants their users to know. Just a pop-up that can be closed by the user after reading it.

Zugferd Daten gehen bei Export verloren
"Beim Download von pdfs die Zugferd enthalten gibt es folgendes verhalten.
- Download Original: Zugferd enthalten
- Als pdf mit allen Anmerkungen: Zugferd nicht mehr enthalten
- Als pdf ohne Anmerkungen: Zugferd nicht mehr enthalten
Dies ist ein gewolltes Verhalten und passiert weil das PDF immer konvertiert wird wenn "Als pdf" benutzt wird um das Dokument herunterzuladen." - Aussage vom DocuWare SupportWünschenswert wäre, wenn die Zugferd Daten beim Download als PDF, egal ob mit oder ohne Anmerkungen, nicht verloren gehen würden.

Smart Index templates window resizing
Smart index template moves when resizing the window of the connected application. Create a way to set the window size so users can not accidentally resize the window in which causes the template to not be aligned.

Get email delivery status on mail sent from DocuWare Workflow
It would be helpful if emails sent from workflow would show the delivery status in workflow history. Currently we can see the recipients but not if the delivery to the recipients was successful.

Allow drag and drop to Outlook e-mails for sending documents
I get a lot of requests from users that would like the option to drag and drop documents from the DocuWare webclient (i.e. from a search result) directly into an Outlook e-mail.
Currently, the only option is to right click and Send by E-mail. However this option creates a new, empty, e-mail and freezes up the whole Outlook client until the e-mail is sent. This renders our users unable to respond to document requests or to attach documents into ongoing conversations - which is the case most of the time when a document is needed.

Right now, there is no possibility to change this behavior. DocuWare is using a system functionality from Windows to send an email. Outlook is blocking access to the main window when using this system functionality.

Add HTML support to forms fixed text element
Add HTML support to forms fixed text element, such as bullets. Text can be formatted in Word but most of the formatting is lost when the text is pasted into the editor.

Add the ability to select checkboxes on a fillable document through the workflow
For example, the document has checkbox fields that need to be marked. The only way I can figure out how to do it is make a field for each checkbox and instruct the users to enter "X" in the text field if they would want it selected.

Rename confirm button in workflow
It would be nice if the confirm button in a workflow user task could be renamed. I.E. save, update, route, cancel, remove.

Support for DocuWare Cloud Desktop Apps on Windows 365 Business/Enterprise environment
Many users will use Windows 365, the Cloud PC environment released from Microsoft this year. DocuWare Desktop Apps must also be supported for this environment.
This request includes support for virtual environments in Azure Desktop and AWS EC2 as well as Windows 365.

Remove Highlight Selections if Store Operation is Cancelled
Hello Everyone and please vote for this enhancement!
It would be a great enhancement to operations if the highlighted set was NOT still highlighted in the document tray if the Store operation is cancelled. An important client just lost a couple hundred documents due to the fact that after cancelling the Store operation the highlighted group was still highlighted when they attempted to delete a single document. I can't picture a scenario where keeping the highlighted set is a benefit, but can see (and have seen) how keeping the highlight can cause trouble.

Highlight Search
The new Highlight Search feature added to SmartConnect has a major design flaw. You specify a search dialog and one field to search but Highlight Search IGNORES all the specific criteria set in the selected search dialog which means it returns way more documents then the user expects. Example: I have an Accounting Documents - Purchase Order search that searches Doctype = Purchase Order and PO Number is the field that Highlight Search is configured to use. I highlight a PO Number in my accounting software and DocuWare Highlight Search returns the PO, Invoice, Check, Packing List, etc. even though…
