Display Workflow Users Assigned to a Group via a Role
Currently if I have a workflow task and I create a field in the dialog that is set to user of a group and multi-select and I have specified a group for the task assignment to display a list of users. I have found that if the group contains a role that the members of the role do not display in the list of user for the workflow field defined as user of a group. Only the individual users assigned to the group NOT the users assigned to the Role that is listed as a member of the group are…

Be able to add an index field from form indexing
I occasionally have forms that I create for surveys. It would be nice if I could just create a file cabinet quickly with just a document type and then when I am making the form be able to add index fields to the file cabinet. It would also be nice if I could then export and import the file cabinet to my local server to sync and then use SQL to access. I can do that now but it is obnoxious because I have to open the file with a text editor and change a security setting to allow it…

Please make it easy to change a checkbox to a multiple choice in forms
When working with forms there is the option for a checkbox and the option for multiple choice. Currently if you use one and then want to change it you have to delete it and start over. It would be nice if you could use the same thing for both with a checkbox option for only allow 1 answer or allow multiple answers.

Allow us to set the Workflow stamp location on a Form
Would like to designate where the workflow stamp is placed on a form, or at least to designate a page other than the first page for placement of the workflow stamp. If the workflow has many steps with stamps, it starts covering up the form and sometimes the other stamps already placed.

Allow creation of sort order for Forms tab in DW7.3
With DW7.3 we have a new forms tab to display forms created. These forms appear in no particular order. Would like to be able to sort them by Form name and have it save after logging out and back in. Would really help when you have more forms than can be displayed on the screen.

Change Date Field in forms so that when a user types a dash it doesn't jump to the year
When a user enters a date into a Date field, the dashes auto fill and tab to the next component of the date. If the user types the dash, it has the effect of jumping ahead twice.
Additionally, if I'm entering my birthdate in most forms, I can use the calendar drop down to find the right month and date for the current year, then just go highlight the year and type over with my birth year. In DocuWare Forms, I highlight the year and when I start typing it jumps to the beginning (month component). Very weird behavior.3 votes -
You need to be able to assign a specific SENDER email address within a workflow
When setting up a workflow you should be able to choose a sender email address BY WORKFLOW. Example:
AP invoice workflow send emails from AP@MYCOMPANY.COM
Order workflow sends emails from ORDERS@MYCOMPANY.COMThese should be selectable IN THE WORKFLOW

Allow the creation automatic creation of documents with forms using a list.
I have a form that needs to be completed by multiple users. The form needs to be completed for each of our kids (There are about 900 of them) I would like to be able to create all of the blank forms for the kids automatically and then have the users complete their individual part in a workflow. The probably that I have is creating all of the forms in mass. I tried to manipulate the form with a powershell script but I couldn't get the field names. I might have a workaround using sendkeys but a way to just…

allow multiple form fields to be indexed in the same keyword index field
I would like to be able to index multiple form fields in the same keyword index field. I have a form with a list of choices in a checkbox field. One of those checkboxes is "Other" When other is selected I have another field come up so that the user can enter their own choice. I would like to index that as well in the keyword field.

forms check box
Feedback received that if a form has a check box and the line next to the check box goes onto a second line, once the form is completed, the second line gets pushed down to overlap the next line item.

Consider a PDF Comparison Feature
It would be nice to compare PDF's side by side and have the software highlight the difference from the original to the next.

Allow wildcard search in Docuware Forms
As far as I know, there is no possibility to search with a wildcard in a text field based on a select list.
Eg. :
I have a select list such as AB 100, 1B 101, AB 102,I'd like to get the result "AB 102" if I type "102", or even just "102".

Workflow - Allow Operators in Filtering
I'd already requested wildcards in the Workflow Tasks filtering, but would like to add a new suggestion to have the standard operators work there too. Common need in large scale workflow operations.

Add page count as a condition variable in Workflow Designer
We would like to be able to have documents of certain page counts flow to different trays via the workflow. Currently, you can not select page count in a condition box as a system variable or user defined variable.

Insert stored document into email chain
Add the ability to insert a stored document into an existing email chain. Currently, you have to download the document and save it onto Desktop, then attach it.
