Replacing attached file
Sometimes we need to replace a file totally with other format file. For example, we search and find one document and after that we want to replace the attached file totally. we want to replace for example jpg file with word file.
With check-in and check-out and clip may be it is possible but it is not easy and complicated.
How we can replace attached file?Best Regards

Auto selection when there is only one option in multi colum list
When in a multi-column list there is only one option to select which auto selects.

Keep viewer open when clipping a new document
Users would like to be able to see the original document when clipping a new one. Currently the viewed document closes as soon as the tray opens for selecting a document to clip. The stored documents have a number and the new ones in the tray have that same number. All the numbers look similar, so currently behavior requires that the user memorize which number is to be selected. With many documents in the tray and frequent phone calls and interruptions they can make mistakes, which then are hard to fix because clipped documents cannot be easily edited.

Enable Flagging for stored files
It would be very helpful to be able to Flag stored files.For example, We store files (Jobs) by Job number. If there was a way to Flag a specific job that has special needs so that upon any future inquiries on this Job , it would immediately be apparent that it needs special handling. This could be part of the indexing process. Also any files added to a stored Job that has been flagged already would prompt a Popup that would warn the user that the specific Job being added to, demands special handling. include a tool to invert a TIFF document...FROM black background & white text TO white background & black text
We accidently scanned several documents into TIFF format with an inverse option selected. This causes them to print with a black background and white text. I would like the opposite. I know their is an inverse button for toggling this for viewing purposes, but for printing, no toggle is available. I know Black Ice makes a product to convert/invert TIFF files, but I would save a lot of steps if Docuware had a product that was part of their program that could do this so that I would not have to re-index files stored in Docuware. Allow restrictions of access to the Cloud from some workstations and/or only work hours
A prospect would like to restrict Cloud access to their personnel to only be allowed from their internal network or specifically authorized outside workstations. Is this possible? They do not want to use VPN to connect externally to their internal network and then to the Cloud. Are specific hours of operation available? Any suggestions will be welcome.

it would be great if we have an option in the result list function to print document with users name.
when the user want to print document after searching an option to print document with his /her name on it.

Speed Up Cloud Imports
When uploading to the Cloud, there isn't a way to prevent OCR process occurring. Only with On-Premise, is there a selection for "RUN AUTOMATIC TEXT AND BARCODE RECOGNITION ONLY IF REQUIRED". It is seen if this is not checked for On-Prem, imports are slowed. DocuWare has stated by default, Cloud always performs this task and slows the process.
Please provide the option for Cloud.

purchase order stamping and sending
when creating a purchase order, I would like the order to be stamped in docuware automatically sent to supplier and then docuware allows a blank pop up email with order attached ready to send out to supplier.
initially all we have to do is type the email address and bobs an uncle again..:)

Searching multiple values within one field
We have a file cabinet called Connections, in Connections we have fields such as Company, Document Type, Installer, Dates, FullText field
I would like the option to select multiple companies to search upon.
For example: Selecting multiple companies from the drop down of the Company field, then either selecting a certain document type, or a certain fulltext, or none at all, just selecting multiple companies and clicking search to see all the pdfs associated

Sending several documents in an email (workflow)
The email to workflow allows us to attach a single document.
It would be interesting to be able to attach several documents in the same email.

Comment fields in Trays, Search and Store
I suggest that it would be useful for administrators to be able to add comment fields to Trays, Search Dialogs and Store Dialogs to help users with instructions and tips

Have an Import Configuration that can identify multiple document types
Currently you can create a printer configuration for different document types and when you print a document it will try and identify with one of the printer configurations. I suggest doing the same thing with the import configurations, or be able to create an import configuration that can then allow for multiple document type to be identified.
Ex. I create an Import Configuration for bank statements. When it comes to the Identify tab you are then able to create multiple document types with separate importable documents to create templates from. So when you imported bank statements from different backs it…

Ability to type in multiple index entries to a keyword field at once
There should be a way to add multiple entries separated by a delimiter when adding entries to a keyword field. Currently you have to add them one by one hitting the + in between. This is horrible for the user when they have 50 plus entries. There are ways to do this in the background with a comma delimited load file so there should be a way to do this via the Web Client.

Workflow E-Mail function don´t use the concatenated docname
When I set up the e-mail function in a workflow and try to attach the concerned document with it everything works fine besides that the attached document does not use the correct document name.
It use the original name before it was imported to the archive. Our scanner name the documents like docxxxxxxxxxxx.
When I try to send the same document manually with the sending button of the tool bar in the document viewer (web client) everything works fine and the attached item is named with the index field which is configured as docname.

Change the max limit of results to more than 10K
When doing a blank search I want to determine how many documents are in a cabinet, it maxes out at 10K and also provides different numbers every time I search.
Why does this most basic feature not already exist? Has no one else ever wondered how many docs are in a cabinet?

Allow Windows login to specify user
Currently Windows Login only automatically logs you in as whatever account you're currently signed into the Windows session with. It would be great to also allow an option to specify a different windows user. This would be highly beneficial for IT admins who need to jump from account to account, like admin or SA accounts vs personal accounts.

column width
Need the ability to set a default width on columns. I have a Policies and Procedures Search Dialog, which consistently displays only 18 characters of the Policy Name. I'd like to be able to set it at 50 characters.
