Increase the result view limit for tray and search.
Currently only can view 100 documents, we need more , We use documents with more than 2000 sheets.

Ability to Print from a Docuware Forms submission.
The ability to submit a Docuware Form, to have it populate to a merge form, as well as print locally, if needed.

Integrate DocuWare's Out of Office setting with Exchange
It would make the jobs of both users and workflow controllers easier if the Out of Office setting in DocuWare could match a user's Out of Office settings in Exchange/Outlook

Enable sorting by Total Pages in document trays
Tray docs may be sorted by all fields except Total Pages. It's an interesting omission considering that it's the only attribute by which trays docs are not able to be sorted.

I suggest that the auto increment value in Forms, increase when the form is submit, not before.
Because if I clouse the form and I open again, I lose my sequence number.

Unfortunately, this functionality was added to be absolutely sure, that this number is used twice. This way the number will always be higher than the previous ones, but there might be not used numbers. -
add keyboard short to confirm task
I'm surprised that you can't confirm a task without using the mouse. Customers confirm a lot invoices everyday and don't wanna use the mouse every time.

Add the capability to edit index entries for multiple file cabinet search results.
Use case:
1-search multiple file cabinets to produce a result list
2-edit index entries is not an option
3-repeat search using dialog for individual file cabinet
4-edit index entries is an option in this caseThe customer has asked for this capability and it would enhance the capability of the multiple file cabinet search.
Please consider adding this to a future release.

Stamps historic
We would like the possibility to list the stamps on a document on the tool bar of documents. We highly uses stamps on documents during workflows. Our documents have generally more than 5 stamps and therefore the 1st page as well as the stamps themselves are hardly readable.
I understand the stamps are visible in the workflow historic be we look like a more user-friendly display.19 votesThank you for your idea.

index select
Most sites, when you start typing in a field will show the top field in the entry box with selection list below. It would be so much easier to simply hit enter or tab when the top item is reached rather than having to click or use the arrow to move down to the line. It would speed up indexing enormously.

Add a popup icon to the DW icon in task bar if there are documents in inbox
See attached file. I had a customer Pease & Sons Inc. that made this suggestion. They have a user that is not in the system all the time but would like a notification when documents are put into her tray. This occurs as other users all put documents into her tray. If there was just a window notification or little number (see image) it would help her know that she has something to do.

Capture data from barcode in to Forms
If we can capture data from a barcode directly into a web form using a mobile device, we can eliminate the human error at the time of capture of index data and this will make the job much faster in a production line, much like an import job from a pc that can read and capture the information contained in the barcode, see attached image for a sample of a capture from a mobile device.

Automatic Stamp
There is a Module for Docuware called "AutoStamp". As DSC, this module would be useful for all my customers.
I suggest that you create a nice Config for AutoStamp instead of having to edit the xml files and publish it either in the DW Standard or as an extra Module.
Just include it in DocuWare and not run it as its own webservice, this is horrible.3 votes -
Administrative Push notifications to Docuware Users
Sometimes you may need to alert users of a potential system down time for maintenance, or you have made changes to behaviour in a file cabinet that you would like to communicate, or they need to upgrade Desktop Apps.
It would be nice to send out a push notification as a user task notifying them of the communication.

When storing to connect to outlook add an option to redirect to a printer.

close the activity with the Enter key on the keyboard
If I have to validate multiple documents and modify indexes, it wolud be nice that after last index entry I can close the activity with the enter key.
knowing that it could be dangerous in approval flows,

Add the ability to configure a Decision in a workflow to use radio button and/or select boxes to speed up user interaction.

Restore workflows in the cloud
If DocuWare expects their ADP's to move any of their larger clients into the cloud from on-premise systems, they will need to allow us to create Restore Workflows on DocuWare-Online.
Synchronizations are to unreliable, and export workflows take an excruciatingly long time to run.
We need to be able to FTP the documents up to the cloud and then only have to run a restore workflow to update the database.
Tech Support claims this would compromise security, but that doesn't make sense.
