Remove check box in Desktop Apps Import configuration that prevents the file from importing until the file is completely written to folder
Remove check box in desktop app folder import configuration that tells the import profile to wait to upload a file until the file is completely written to the folder. The functionality should be hard coded. I can't think of a use case where you would want to import a file that wasn't fully written to a folder.

Have the "Document locked" message display larger and longer
Our internal department has requested that when a 2nd user attempts to open a document that another user has opened in a task list that the "Document is locked by" message window be larger and over the document image longer before it fades away (or stay until ok is clicked). They state that it is easy for a user to not see the message before it disappears as they are working on multiple monitors and multiple applications all day long.

Improve Testing and Add Unit Tests to Workflow
Allow us to create saved unit tests for the workflow system.
That way we can press a button to see if any modifications broke anything in the system.Also date manipulation is broken in the testing environment. Using VBA expressions to change a date, defaults the date to the year 0001 in testing but works fine in actual workflows.

Display number of document in document trays
Hello,
It would be very helpful if the number of documents in each trays was display in the list of the document trays (see picture).
When a user have to deal with a great number of document trays, it will help to increase his productivity.

Allow documents storage in batches instead of having to store each individual document.
After you drag multiple documents to the Inbox simultaneously, they are all highlighted and you can select the "STORE" box, but the next step forces you to select STORE once again individually for each item needing to be stored, which is completely redundant. They were already all highlighted and STORE was selected, at which point a "group store" would be adequate. After all, there is always the option of deleting a document later on, if this was a mis-step.

HEIF/HEIC Image Support
It would be nice to have the new standard image format HEIF/HEIC supported by the WebClient Viewer (and the configuration pages like Printer), as this format is slowly becoming the new standard, replacing .JPEG.
It is already integrated in all mayor OS and the standard format for pictures taken with iOS.See this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Efficiency_Image_File_Format

Print to paper
The right click option to print only allows you to print to pdf with our without annotation. I wish there was an option to print to selected device. Sometimes, I really just need a paper copy to mail with a check. "Printing" a pdf document to open in a pdf viewer, to then click print, to then pick my printer and click ok is a lot of extra steps when you need a piece of paper.

QR code - add "is different from previous page" split option
Split option in barcodes for "is different from previous page" is not available for QR codes. Please include option for QR codes.

PLEASE add a dialog to confirm commit of change to multiple index entries
We had a client that mistakenly committed three index changes to over 2,000 entries. She intended just to update 1 record. She had no warning that this was about to happen. Please(!) DocuWare add a warning that the Save will affect X number of records. Or allow Admin to turn off the ability to edit multiple entries. Thank you.

DocuWare Import - Splitting Critiera - An OR Option
Would be great to have an OR option for spiitting criteria. Now you can only define AND criteria but the system would be much more flexible with the addition of an OR capability.

Allow keywords to be displayed and filtered on in the task view
You currently are not able to display keywords in the task list. A workaround is to populate them into a global text variable and they will be separated by commas. The issue with that is that they cannot be filtered on as the filter does not parse through the entire string to find matches.

Disableling the enter button when rejecting an invoice
When an approver wants to reject an invoice, he has to fill in some remark in de 'rejection reason' line. When this remark is long, the approver tends to touch the enter button to get a new line for comment. This entering activates the 'submit' button. To prevent this, the enter button should be deactivated and only 'submit' should be done with a mouse click

Create the possibility to make the notification links as NTLM login.
It would be nice and helpful to click on the link and directly make the login automatically.

Create a notification
If one person is working on a document in Docuware, another person can't save any updates until the first person is out of the document. If Docuware could create a "notify" button to let the second person know when work can be saved and entered (after the first person is finished) that would be great. This would be similar to the "notify" button in Excel.

For example, if Workfield = "Escalate" or Value = Exceeds Value then assign to this person, otherwise continue. etc.

Please bring back the option to Sort By: "Comments"
Please bring back the option to Sort By: "Comments". This allowed us to categorize and prioritize on items that are due asap more efficiently.

Create new document in Workflow
I would like the ability to create a new document within an existing workflow.
For example, I have a document going through the workflow to highlight user error.
We then decide halfway through the workflow that another document 'credit note' needs to be raised to credit the customer back.
I would like the error document to continue as normal and the credit note to be raised using the data within the workflow. This could be defined with Assign Data.
The document "Credit Note.pdf" would be added to the merge forms section in forms.

Possibility to hide a specific store dialog for a specific user group/role without disable access.

processor
When stored the processor is the tray that you are in rather than the person that has created the document. This would make more time available to do other things in the long run.

Invoice date
Only the invoice date from intelligent indexing should be processed not the created on date. It has taken up a lot of my time going in and changing this for almost everything when our system crashed.
