Autoindex should have an option to execute from the DocuWare client to immediately see results
This is extremely useful and critical for users who are storing thousands of documents based on a single field for Autoindex (Voucher number, for example).
Since Autoindex occurs at the back end, it is difficult for users to say whether they encoded the correct voucher number or not.
By allowing Autoindex to execute prior to storage, they will then be able to immediately see if the Autoindex results match the document being viewed.
I suggest the feature should work similar to the "Autofill Indexing" feature. Click the button and then the Autoindex job will execute. It will then fill up…

multiple fields in email notifications
We need to be able to select multiple field names in email notifications. even if it was as simple as a concatenation of 2 field names in the link, that would help a lot. better would be the option to use field names in the subject of the email, or as part of the text of the email, beyond just the link.

Autofill form fields from last submitted form
If there was a way to autofill form fields based on the last submitted form, that would allow multiple similar forms to be submitted in a much smaller time frame.

I suggest that the auto increment value in Forms, increase when the form is submit, not before.
Because if I clouse the form and I open again, I lose my sequence number.

Unfortunately, this functionality was added to be absolutely sure, that this number is used twice. This way the number will always be higher than the previous ones, but there might be not used numbers. -
Calendar Invite for workflow
We have many workflows where the process is sending the date and time of an event in an automated e-mail through workflow manager using the date / time feature. It would be wonderful if we could have the option in workflow designer to generate a calendar invite.

Allow for direct File Cabinet Storage after data extraction.
We would like for automation of storing the document all the way to the file cabinet after Intelligent Indexing completes the data extraction.

DocuWare Configurations - License List
Previously in DocuWare Configurations under Product Overview, there was a listing of Licenses with the users assigned to each license and then open licenses where we could assign a new user. That section appears to have been removed now. It appears that only place we can see License information now is under User Management by going into each individual user and clicking on the Licenses tab. Is there another location where we can access a list of licensed users? If not, can an additional column be added to the Users list with a checkbox indicating if the user has a…

FIll out DocuWare Forms Fields with Query String
It would be great if you could have a user open a DocuWare form and have fields automatically filed out based on the query string of the URL. This would allow for a system to generate extra info on the DocuWare forms link to use on the form and not have to worry about the user typing that info in.

Date calculation in Form
Request to include Date calculation in field calculations in form designer. Example of Leave Application. When Employee applies for Leave and fills in Start Date and End Date Total Leave Days to be calculated based on End Date - Start Date. Another example could be Travel Request form when Employee fills Start Date and End Date.

DocuWare FTP access security improvements
DocuWare FTP can be accessed by anyone who knows the URL. It is accessible anonymously.
User refers to the CSV file which uploaded to FTP in order to Autoindex as master data. They want to protect this from security issues.It is necessary to be able to set the accessible IP address and update the security.

Show where missing required field is on the form, not just at the bottom, above the Submit button
You show users that fields are required above the Submit button, but for long forms, it is often difficult for users to find that ONE field that is still required but missing.
Can we have an option to have the field area around the required field be highlighted (red border, yellow background, etc.)?

Allow more than one field display in select list
Allow the select list to display more than one field from text file or DB connection, so that you could have a field for the value to be selected and a description of that field's value.
I.E a GL Number to be selected and the description of the account that number represents.

Edit Forms CSS/Javascript
Other competitors to DocuWare that offer Forms solution are graphically very customizable. DocuWare's Forms are not as robust. It would be nice to edit the graphical elements of the Forms more in-depth via CSS and/or JavaScript.

allow us to control which store dialogs can be seen from a document tray
document trays are used for different things. eg. invoices coming in to one facility go into a particular document tray (from C2Mailor or from DWImport from a hotfolder linked to that facility's MFP, or users at that facility only have access to that C2O configuration, etc). Wouldn't it be great if any of those invoices could only be stored using one particular store dialog (eg. the Invoices one), even if that particular user also had access to a store dialog for contracts or other documents that never ended up in this tray? That would simplify the user's menus, reduce possible…

Allow Wildcard (*) Searching in Workflow Task Form Field Select List
When filling in a field in a store or search dialogue, the user can use the wildcard character * to search for a sub-string. For instance, if a field's select list contains the value "Test Field Value 12345", the user can type "*12345" and the select list dropdown will return all values that contain 12345 within them.
This does NOT work on select lists for workflow task form fields. It would be helpful if we could use wildcards to narrow down select lists on workflow task form fields and not just the dialogues.

add a configurable stamp activity to Workflow Designer
Add a specific activity in the Workflow Designer that places a configurable stamp. Give the designer the ability to pick the location of the stamp (either have DocuWare automatically place it, as it does now, or have the workflow creator input X and Y coords), and let the workflow creator pick the global variables or index fields or text for the stamp. We have several workflows that have a lot of fields in the decision tasks and the resulting stamp is huge and contains a lot of info that isn't required.

Add Ability to Remove Blank Pages
Would be nice to have the ability to remove blank pages from the web basket and also from the stored documents in the cabinet. This feature should be available from the task list as well.
Would also be nice to have the ability to automatically detect and remove blank pages with the import feature.

restore the ability to filter select lists in the cloud using SQL statements
I'm building a pretty standard AP setup using cloud 7.1 and just want the users to pick from a list of open purchase orders that are stored in DW. can't do it! why not? can't filter select lists using SQL statements in the cloud! wtf? bring it back.
