That we can rename more than one file at a time.
when we load pictures all pictures must have the same file name, but can only rename one on a trime

Versioning - Replace document
An option 'Replace Document' using with Versioning should be interesting. Actually, versioning allows to modify index entries and modify or attach documents to the original one, but not to replace (delete) the original one.
This is usefull for versioning when a new document becomes the latest needed documents.
This is done by lot of competitors

Right Click Capability to store files
We would like to enhance the windows integration by adding right click capabilities. Multiple files can be selected and when right clicked a Docuware sub-menu would be available with the storing dialogues the user connected has access to which would copy the files into Docuware.

Configure & disable order of fields in all lists
Currently in settings, under the “Searches” tab, there is the option to configure and disable columns that you see in your search results dialog. It would be very helpful to have this same option for every list under the "Lists” tab to move around and disable certain columns. I know you can currently configure what LISTS you want to see and in what order but I’d like to be able to do that to the columns within the lists.

Allow more than one field display in select list
Allow the select list to display more than one field from text file or DB connection, so that you could have a field for the value to be selected and a description of that field's value.
I.E a GL Number to be selected and the description of the account that number represents.

Add Ability to Remove Blank Pages
Would be nice to have the ability to remove blank pages from the web basket and also from the stored documents in the cabinet. This feature should be available from the task list as well.
Would also be nice to have the ability to automatically detect and remove blank pages with the import feature.

A way to Search for empty or null numbers and dates.

Add additional page for stamps
Reviewing the invoices can be difficult as there is not enough room for the stamps, so the stamp and the underlying text becomes illegible. Another seperate sheet solely for stamps might be an idea.

Allow entering a description when scanning batches of documents to a tray
Users are accustomed to entering a description when scanning multiple documents to a tray and this later helps them select them for indexing. This description may be a batch number, a date, a location from where the documents were received, the operator's name or any text at all that helps organize the documents. The current functionality only allows editing the document name after it is already in the tray and only one document at a time.

Be able to suppress "Please Complete My Profile" bubble without filling all fields
in 6.11, users now see "Please Complete My Profile" every time they log in. Please add a way for the admin to remove this pop up. The user shouldn't be forced to add their name, email and salutation if they do not want to.

Versioning by PDF-Print and Import
Actual we have to use checkout and document tray.
By connecting with an ERP-System this manuell work is impossible because of quantity.

merge layers in a workflow
add an option to be able to merge layers as part of a workflow so I don't have to create a task for someone to manually click the 'merge layers' button.

URL integration to allow the pre-population of an Eform
Ability to a customer to convert their pre-printed forms into digital forms but not have to manually capture all of the field information when it is already available from a 3rd party data source.

Same document being stored twice
Prevent the user from storing document twice if the store button is pressed a second time while the document is in the process of being stored.

Crop print feature
I have clients that have plats stored (some of individual properties and others of whole neighborhoods or towns) and when they have customers come to obtain a plat drawing, the customer may want just a certain section and not the whole drawing.
So to prevent waste and remove several steps of using third party programs, I would like to see a crop and print feature add to the tools in the viewer. Not to edit the image but just to highlight a certain section of an image and print just that section.

Problem with DocuWare link in email notifications
Users should be directed straight to DocuWare Cloud from an emailed link instead of the error 406 page when they don't have any pending action items in their profile. This is causing some confusion with our approvers. Below is the error message.

Remove preceding/trailing/in-between spaces in Store dialog fields
We having issues with certain fields (eg VAT numbers) in Intellix Store Dialog, these fields are used in conjunction with Filtered Select Lists.
Problem is - different companies write VAT fields different ways:

GB 123 4567 89
which is completely break our filtered select lists, since we query customer CRM for that VAT number, where all of it kept uniform, like:
123456789We need ability to format post-Intellix fields in store dialogs - remove spaces, or certain characters using Regex or just list of characters to be removed, like:

Be able to assign Stamps to only be availalbe for particular Task Lists.
Sometimes it can get quite confusing when a user has like 10 stamps assigned for a particular file cabinet. It would be nice to be able to assign certain stamps to only be available within a particular task list or index field value. This would eliminate issues where users are applying the wrong stamps at various stages of the Task List workflow .
For example, if a document is in the "Pending Approval" Task list, only show the Approved and Rejected stamp, rather than all 10 stamps assigned for this workflow.

Vote system for intelligent indexing
A nice feature would be the ability to Vote Thumbs Up or Down on a Repeat Intelligent Indexing result.
As I understand it, currently there is no way to reset or change intelligent indexing results on the cloud. This would be a good way to provide instant feed back and possibly reset field values to original results and try a different template on the next run?
