CHECK DATES FOR SIGNATURES
I would like that you improve the programm with an option to check the dates of the signatures.
For example, if you made a signature in a date, that I could check the signatures between, for example, two dates.
For example, for the "contabilized signature", it can be useful to know the month where one invoice have been contabilized, and informed to the administration.

Be able to search for documents by what user stored them
When I am doing quality data checks on our documents that are stored in Docuware, it would be much easier to be able to search by what user stored the documents, not what what the document is/when it was stored.

close the activity with the Enter key on the keyboard
If I have to validate multiple documents and modify indexes, it wolud be nice that after last index entry I can close the activity with the enter key.
knowing that it could be dangerous in approval flows,

Purge WF history instances
It would be nice to select WF history instances and purge them, leaving only the most recent.
Useful to clean up WF history list instances for WF's that run multiple times on a document.1 vote -
Allow Custom Zoom %'s When Opening Documents in Docuware
I would like a function in Docuware to allow each document you open to zoom in to a specific % so it is easily read. It will save countless times of clicking to zoom in only to discover this isn't the document you needed and have to repeat the process again on the next document.

When you create a Folder and a Windows Client, the first column is the File Name.
Many DocuWare customers, including many customers from older version of DocuWare, have and index for file name, and set as the Document Name.
Now, when they create a new Folder, the first column is the file name. But, when documents are scanned into DocuWare, or imported from a network folder, the file name often is repeated, SCAN1.pdf, SCAN2.pdf, and so on. This can be very confusing to new users.
There needs to be a setting that will allow you to hide the File Name when you create a Folder, or reorder it to be in different column location.

Please make it possible to do a word search or number search in the document tray to filter out duplicates.
On a daily basis we receive a large amount of Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the raw materials that are delivered. There will be multiple copies of the COA's for the same lot and then there will be other lots attached as well. I am unable to take the time to look through all of them, so we scan everything. Once they are in the document tray I need a solution to filter out the duplicate COA's before I store them. For instance, right now I have 600 COA's I need to store but I know I could get rid…

Retain original file format in merge forms
For example if you use a word doc as the document to accept merge data into then store as a word doc and not convert to a pdf. Thereby enabling edit capability going forward.

Allow dynamic selection of document to merge with in a merge form configuration.
Perhaps documents selectable from a cabinet (rather than selected from an explorer browse window) dedicated as these type of templates.

DocuWare Cloud FTP compatibility with Xerox Versalink. With Xerox now selling/supporting more of these devices and with more and more customers going to DocuWare Cloud this compatibility is going to be key.

Print DocuWare User Name on Printed Document
it would be great if we have an option in the result list function to print document with users name.
when the user want to print document after searching an option to print document with his /her name on it.

More than one field shown in Select Lists
Enable to have select list with two columns, one for ID and another for description (for example list of partners). It is easier for user to select among description that among 8000 partner IDs.

I suggest you use the user's local setting to set up the date on forms.
The UK has a date format of day/month/year and given I click on a calendar to select the date often the error is not seen until the 04/06 2017 or was that the 06/04/2017?

Capture data from barcode in to Forms
If we can capture data from a barcode directly into a web form using a mobile device, we can eliminate the human error at the time of capture of index data and this will make the job much faster in a production line, much like an import job from a pc that can read and capture the information contained in the barcode, see attached image for a sample of a capture from a mobile device.

Creating alert when database get close to 100%
Today there is no alert when the database becomes full. You just get the message when you cannot register anymore and you have to wait next day in order to be able clean the database deleting some files.
So this is double penalty..no previous alert and extra delay to put the Docuware working again!!!!

Fix the web form bug, everying appears in one line upon conversion to PDF, prior to the upgrade all was great.
DocuWare Web Forms should be reverted back to how it was prior to the recent upgrade. All contents from a multiple line field appear in one long string of text upon conversion to PDF, prior to the upgrade all was great so please bring the ability to retain form design upon conversion to PDF back.

Add regular expressions / regex to the full text search
It would really be useful if you could do a full text search using a regular expression / regex pattern.
The need here is to find all the documents containing certain types of personal data, e.g. NHS number, credit card number, National Insurance number etc.

add keyboard short to confirm task
I'm surprised that you can't confirm a task without using the mouse. Customers confirm a lot invoices everyday and don't wanna use the mouse every time.

have a number pop up on the document trays tab when you have items in your inbox.
Just like there is a number for when you have tasks in your task list
