Extension Administrator for 6.10
Prior to 6.10 there was a Power Tool called the Extension Administrator. This has been removed (probably because of GAPI). It would be nice to have a similar power tool for 6.10+.

Open Workflow Task from a Search/Result List
Since there is no way to filter a Workflow, it would be nice to Open the current activity from a Search/Result List. For example, you can open the Workflow History, but you should be able to take the next activity

Direct Access to Files Within a Document
The current version of Docuware relies on PDF file structures but there are a great number of clients that have TIFF and DWTIFF images that are all each treated as a single clipped file in a Document. This creates a big problem for the users who wish to go directly to an image within a file with a large number of pages.
There are 2 solutions both of which I think need to be applied to Docuware as they both solve multiple problems.

Allow us to create dynamic store dialogues
I think it would be great if you could allow us to create dynamic store dialogues which could alter their layout depending on the document type chosen (or any other pre defined field for that matter).
For example, lets define a "key" field of a file cabinet store dialogue and lets say its the "document type" and we also give this a predefined select list. Then we may have many other fields of this cabinet but not all of these other fields may relate to each of the possible document types. It would be very useful and help guide the…

show open files without documents in Explorer - accommodating structured file plans
At my institution we have a structure file plan/classification scheme that must be adhered to. Users like using the Explorer View to browse for their documents, and we've currently set it up so that the first folder layer is the file code, with the specific folders belonging to that category displaying "within" it. The issue is that open files with no electronic documents attached to them do not display to the user. We have a work-around by putting a temp file in each newly created folder. Please make these open folders with no documents in them visible!

Be able to assign Stamps to only be availalbe for particular Task Lists.
Sometimes it can get quite confusing when a user has like 10 stamps assigned for a particular file cabinet. It would be nice to be able to assign certain stamps to only be available within a particular task list or index field value. This would eliminate issues where users are applying the wrong stamps at various stages of the Task List workflow .
For example, if a document is in the "Pending Approval" Task list, only show the Approved and Rejected stamp, rather than all 10 stamps assigned for this workflow.

Send email to the partner contact when 80% of the Intelling credit is reached
Right now only the customer contact receives an English message when 80% of Intelligent Indexing credit is used
The message should be in the langage configured in the portal and more important a copy should be send to the partner. So the partner could act before 100% of the limit is reached.

Have csv file output from DocuWare with keyword index field data entries
keyword values are not listed in CSV file output and these entries are lost in this report.

Move the scrollbar to the right so that I can select if when moving mouse to the edge of the screen
Hello,
In the search results, the scroll bar is just a few pixels from the edge of the screen. This means that when I move my mouse to the edge, the scroll bar isn't highlighted, so I can't select it move up and down. Please push or extend the scroll bar to the very edge so that the mouse pointer catches it. Thank you.

Remove preceding/trailing/in-between spaces in Store dialog fields
We having issues with certain fields (eg VAT numbers) in Intellix Store Dialog, these fields are used in conjunction with Filtered Select Lists.
Problem is - different companies write VAT fields different ways:

GB 123 4567 89
which is completely break our filtered select lists, since we query customer CRM for that VAT number, where all of it kept uniform, like:
123456789We need ability to format post-Intellix fields in store dialogs - remove spaces, or certain characters using Regex or just list of characters to be removed, like:

Allow more than one field display in select list
Allow the select list to display more than one field from text file or DB connection, so that you could have a field for the value to be selected and a description of that field's value.
I.E a GL Number to be selected and the description of the account that number represents.

Possibility to call Specific players for specific files
Possibility to call an external application for the consultation of specific files, for ex. an .swf file must be open by a flash player.

Store automatically should be available to use a dialog of user choice
Currently, the 'Store automatically' functionality is only available to use store dialog that is set up as default in Docuware Administration.
Would be great if user could choose which dialog is to be used for 'Store Automatically' function. This is especially helpful using when various dialogs have additional functionality such as fixed fields values or fields with automatic increment for different document types.3 votesThank you for your idea. Add Ability to Remove Blank Pages
Would be nice to have the ability to remove blank pages from the web basket and also from the stored documents in the cabinet. This feature should be available from the task list as well.
Would also be nice to have the ability to automatically detect and remove blank pages with the import feature.

same filecabinet dialog
I want the ability to share dialog configuration in Search, Store, Result view (index dialog).
For example, whenever I assign a select list to a field, I have to configure in every single dialog. Same when configuring other kind of restrictions and field ordering.
Current way of configuring allows administrator to commit mistakes when creating or updating dialogs configurations when they want to have them all alike.

french special characters
Possibility to search an accentuated value with a non accentuated value in a form field and/or fulltext field.
i.e : "eleve" can show values "élèves", "prélévement", "prélever"...
conversely, accentuated word must not show non-accentuted values, for exemple "évén" must not show "revendeur", "prévenu" or "éventuellement" but is right for "événement".3 votesThank you for your idea. ability to hide or disable 'create data record'
end users are confused easily. I highly recommend adding the ability to hide or disable 'create data record' option in the web client. could be permissions driven or just a check box. I've had many users select this option when they really wanted 'store'.

'Store Automatically' function should use dialog settings such as 'Fixed Entries' and others
When 'Store Automatically' is used from a Tray, all dialog settings such as 'Fixed Entries' and 'Predefined Entries' fields and 'Automatic Numbering' are ignored.
Having the latter work when using 'Store Automatically' would be especially useful when Intelligent Indexing used in the Tray, and all 'green' documents are stored using this option.2 votesThank you for your idea.
